    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A UE may identify a non-dormant mode configuration for measuring cross-link interference in a non-dormant mode for a cell. The UE may receive, from a base station, an indication to switch to a dormant mode for the cell and may identify a dormant mode configuration for measuring the cross-link interference in the dormant mode. The UE may measure the cross-link interference in the dormant mode based on the identified dormant mode configuration and receiving the indication to switch to the dormant mode. The UE may transmit, to the base station, an indication of the measured cross-link interference.

    Abstract: Technologies and techniques are disclosed for wireless communication in a dual connectivity wireless communication network. A first uplink timing value is determined for control information to a first cell group. A second uplink timing value is determined for control information to a second cell group. Transmit power may be determined and allocated for the first and second uplink communications. A timing offset value is determined relative to the second timing value and transmitted to the wireless communication network. Scheduling information is received in response to transmitting the timing offset value, and at least one of the first uplink communication or the second uplink communication are transmitted based on the scheduling information.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for paging based on a paging early indication (PEI). Particular aspects provide for a method for wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE). The method generally includes determining a set of paging cycles for receiving paging information from a base station (BS), receiving a first paging early indicator (PEI) from the BS in a first paging cycle of the set of paging cycles, wherein the first PEI indicates whether the paging information will be transmitted to the UE in one or more second paging cycles of the set of paging cycles occurring after the first paging cycle, and receiving the paging information in the one or more second paging cycles based on the first PEI received in the first paging cycle.

    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to beam failure detection (BFD) in a dormancy bandwidth part (BWP) are provided. A user equipment (UE) determines to operate in a dormancy mode for a cell of a wireless communication network. The UE operates in the dormancy mode for the cell of the wireless communication network, where the operating in the dormancy mode includes performing a beam failure detection (BFD) in a dormancy bandwidth part (BWP) based on a configuration.
