Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting frames having a signaling field (SIG) for a second type of station (STA) in a wireless communication system are provided. For this, STA prepares a frame having a first part for a first type of STA and a second part for the second type of STA. Here, the second part includes a first signaling field (HE-SIG A) for common control information and a second signaling field (HE-SIG B) for signaling information comprising user specific control information. Regarding the second signaling field, independent signaling information for the second signaling field (HE-SIG B) is to be transmitted for each 20 MHz bandwidth within a first 40 MHz bandwidth. And the signaling information of the first 40 MHz bandwidth is duplicated in a second 40 MHz bandwidth, when the frame is to be transmitted in a bandwidth equals to or greater than 80 MHz. STA transmits this prepared frame to one or more STAs.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for transmitting a wake-up packet in a wireless LAN system. Specifically, a transmission apparatus composes a wake-up packet and transmits same to a receiving apparatus. An OOK scheme and Manchester coding are applied to the wake-up packet. The wake-up packet comprises a sequence containing first information and second information. The first information and second information comprise on and off signals. The on signal applies a first sequence on K number of successive subcarriers in a 20 MHz band, and is transmitted by means of a first symbol generated by carrying out a 64-point IFFT. In the first sequence, one from among a subcarrier having a subcarrier index that is an even number and subcarrier having a subcarrier index that is an odd number is nulled.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a sounding method of a station (STA) for sending feedback information about a downlink (DL) channel state in a wireless LAN (WLAN) system. The sounding method includes receiving an NDP announcement (NDPA) frame providing notification of the transmission of a null data packet (NDP) frame; receiving the NDP frame; receiving a trigger frame comprising resource allocation information allocated to the STA; generating feedback information using the NDP frame; and sending a feedback frame comprising feedback information through uplink (UL) multi-user (MU) transmission using a frequency resource indicated by the resource allocation information. The feedback information may be generated in a frequency granularity (FG) unit with respect to a transmission bandwidth having a size smaller than or equal to the size of a transmission bandwidth of the NDP frame.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention suggests a method in which an access point (AP) obtains channel quality information in a wireless LAN system. The AP transmits, to at least one station (STA), a null data packet announcement (NDP-A) frame including information on transmission of a subsequent null data packet (NDP) frame, and transmits an NDP frame to the at least one station on the basis of information on the NDP-A frame. Further, the AP receives, from the at least one STA, a feedback frame including downlink channel quality information. Abstract: Disclosed is a method for transmitting a preamble in a wireless LAN system, and a station device for performing the same. To this end, a station for transmitting a preamble configures a wireless frame including a first type terminal frame portion, and a second type terminal frame portion. The first type terminal frame portion includes a first type terminal preamble including a first type terminal short training field (STF) and a first type terminal long training field (LTF), and the second type terminal frame portion includes a second type terminal preamble including a second type terminal SFT and a second type terminal LTF. Here, the station configures the second type terminal preamble by allocating sequence components at an interval of an integer number of tones in a frequency domain and transmits the configured wireless frame to another station.
