Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described to support resource selection for a sidelink transmission based on a priority of available resources. A physical (PHY) layer of a user equipment (UE) may report different subsets of available resources to a medium access control (MAC) layer. Each subset may be associated with a different priority and the MAC layer may use the subsets to select a resource for the sidelink transmission. The MAC layer may additionally or alternatively maintain a list of UE identifiers (IDs) and may provide the list of the UE IDs to the PHY layer for resource identification. The PHY layer may use the list to implement different reference signal parameters for UEs associated with the list of UE IDs than for other UEs. The PHY layer may report the set of available resources to the MAC layer, based on the list of UE IDs.

Abstract: A delta configuration is signaled for handover of a wireless communication device (e.g., a user equipment, UE) from a first form of connectivity to a second form of connectivity. For example, a UE with master cell group (MCG) connectivity may be handed-over to multiple radio access technology-dual connectivity (MR-DC). In some examples, a UE with standalone (SA) connectivity may be handed-over to non-standalone (NSA) connectivity (e.g., dual connectivity). In conjunction with this handover the UE may be signaled as to whether the UE is to reuse a configuration from the first connectivity mode during the second connectivity mode.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may monitor for sidelink messages among multiple UEs using transmission-side sensing. The first UE may monitor for sidelink messages over a transmit beam selected for transmitting data from the first UE. The first UE may receive, from a second UE, a sidelink message including an indication of resources reserved for sidelink transmissions to the second UE. Based on the indication, the first UE may select available resources over which to transmit data. The first UE may receive the sidelink message over a sidelink feedback channel.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration of a set of feedback channel occasions corresponding to a first sidelink data channel in a first listen-before-talk (LBT) sub-band, the set of feedback channel occasions located over multiple LBT sub-bands of an unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band. The UE may receive a data transmission over the first sidelink data channel and may determine to transmit feedback associated with the data transmission. The UE, based on the configuration of the set of feedback channel occasions, may perform LBT for each of the set of feedback channel occasions to determine which of the set of feedback channel occasions are available to the UE for transmitting the feedback associated with the data transmission. The UE may transmit feedback over one or more of the set of feedback channel occasions accordingly.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for performing radio link monitoring (RLM) and radio link failure procedures in multiple-TRP (mTRP) communications, wherein the first TRP is part of a first cell group comprising the first TRP and one or more additional TRPs. The techniques include a method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE), comprising establishing a plurality of radio links between the UE and a first transmission reception point (TRP) and a second TRP, determining an RLM resource of a first radio link of the plurality of radio links, monitoring the first radio link according to the determined RLM resource, detecting an RLF of the first radio link, determining that the first TRP is associated with the RLF of the first radio link based on the RLM resource of the first radio link, and transmitting an RLF notification indicating the RLF of the first radio link.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, and computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for managing paging monitoring by a wireless device. In one aspect, the wireless device may receive a serving cell signal from a cell. The wireless device may determine a delay time based on the serving cell signal. The wireless device may monitor for the paging signal during the determined delay time. The wireless device may stop the monitoring for the paging signal upon or after expiration of the determined delay time. In some aspects, the wireless device may receive an indication of multiple paging signal monitoring occasions from the cell, which may include an indication of a number of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) to be transmitted from the cell and a number of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring occasions per SSB in a paging occasion.

The processor may send the request for the second system information using the determined factor.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, user equipment (UEs) may communicate over sidelink channels in a shared (e.g., unlicensed) channel bandwidth. A UE may implement sub-channel-based occupancy time sharing for the unlicensed sidelink to improve resource usage. The UE may gain access to the shared channel bandwidth for an occupancy time and may transmit a sharing indicator indicating a portion of resources of the shared channel bandwidth for the occupancy time. The UE may transmit a time-division multiplexing sharing indicator to share a portion of slots of the occupancy time, a frequency-division multiplexing sharing indicator to share a portion of sub-channels of the shared channel bandwidth, or some combination thereof. A UE receiving the sharing indicator may identify the shared resources and may transmit in these shared resources (e.g., without performing a full contention process for an occupancy time).

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that support delaying the application of reconfiguration messages. An integrated access and backhaul (IAB) node transmit or receive, along a first signaling path, a reconfiguration message indicating the first IAB node to postpone applying a reconfiguration message until a second signaling path becomes available. The first IAB node may send a reconfiguration complete message to a first IAB donor node along the first path and wait to perform a procedure with the first IAB donor node. When the second path becomes available, the first IAB node and the second IAB node may then perform the procedure. In some cases, delaying the reconfiguration may involve postponing the forwarding of messages received at the first IAB node.
