    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of mobile communications technologies, and in particular, to a method for sending and receiving information. The user equipment in embodiments of the present invention may determine a frame structure of a serving cell, where in addition to an uplink subframe and a downlink subframe, the frame structure in the embodiments of the present invention further includes a first subframe, and the first subframe includes a first symbol used for downlink transmission, a first GP, and a second symbol used for uplink transmission. More symbols used for downlink transmission and more symbols used for uplink transmission than those in a frame structure in the prior art are introduced by introducing the first subframe, thereby improving downlink transmission and effectively reducing a value of k, that is, reducing a service delay in feeding back a HARQ-ACK.

A first network device configures a first resource set group of a physical downlink control channel set for user equipment, and configures for the user equipment, a second resource set group of a physical downlink control channel for retransmission, where the physical downlink control channel for retransmission is a physical downlink control channel for retransmission corresponding to downlink data indicated by a physical downlink control channel in at least one subset of the physical downlink control channel set. The first network device sends information about the first resource set group and information about the second resource set group to the user equipment.

The data transmission method determines, by a terminal device, a first reference signal (RS) sequence corresponding to a first time interval, where the first RS sequence is one of N RS sequences, N is a positive integer greater than 1, and the N RS sequences are generated based on at least two root sequences, sends, by the terminal device, the first RS sequence to a base station in the first time interval, determines, by the terminal device from the N RS sequences according to the first RS sequence, one RS sequence as a second RS sequence corresponding to a second time interval, where the second RS sequence is determined according to the first RS sequence, and sends the second RS sequence to the base station in the second time interval.

    Abstract: A power allocation method and apparatus that relate to the wireless communications field. The method includes: determining, by the UE, a first channel in a first subframe; determining, by the UE, n second channels in n second subframes, where the n second subframes are subframes having overlapping time greater than or equal to a preset threshold with the first subframe; allocating, by the UE, transmit power at least to the first channel according to transmit power required for the first channel and transmit power required for the n second channels; and sending, by the UE, data to a first base station/first cell group on the first channel according to the transmit power allocated to the first channel.
