Abstract: Embodiments of this disclosure disclose a multi-link communication method and a related apparatus. In a scenario in which simultaneous transmission and reception over a plurality of links is not supported, a multi-link device first sends a first physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU) over a first link, and then sends a second PPDU over a second link through channel contention, where an end time of the second PPDU is not later than an end time of the first PPDU. The method not only ensures fairness of multi-link access, but also can reduce an idle rate of the plurality of links.

Abstract: A channel access indication method and device. The method includes: receiving, by a first communications device, a channel synchronization request sent by a second communications device, where the channel synchronization request is used to request the first communications device to send a synchronization frame to the second communications device, and a wake-up receiver is configured for the second communications device; and according to the channel synchronization request and a time at which the second communications device is woken up and that is learned by the first communications device based on preset signaling, sending, by the first communications device when a channel is idle, the synchronization frame to the woken-up second communications device, where the synchronization frame is used to instruct the woken-up second communications device to access the channel after receiving the synchronization frame.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a state switching method and apparatus. The state switching method includes: receiving, by a first network node, a preset frame sent by a second network node, where the preset frame includes indication information used to indicate an on/off state of a main transceiver and/or a wake up receiver of the first network node immediately, after a specified time point, or within a specified time period; and controlling, by the first network node based on the indication information, to switch an on/off state of the main transceiver and/or the wake up receiver of the first network node. According to the embodiments of the present invention, energy is saved by using a preset frame to indicate an on/off state of a main transceiver and/or a wake up receiver of a network node after a specified time point or within a specified time period.

Abstract: This application relates to the wireless communications field and provides a frame transmission method, device, and system. The method includes: sending, by a second device, n wake-up frames to a first device, where the n wake-up frames each carry segmented content of wake-up signaling, so that a wake-up receiver of the first device wakes up a main transceiver of the first device based on the n wake-up frames, and after being woken up, the main transceiver sends, to the second device, a response frame used to indicate whether the n wake-up frames are correctly received. In this application, content of the wake-up signaling is segmented. In this case, lengths of the n wake-up frames are all relatively short, so that the wake-up receiver is easier to correctly receive each wake-up frame.

Abstract: A method and system for providing utilization information for a basic service set (BSS) in a wireless local area network system, performed by an access point, including generating and transmitting a BSS load element including a capable STA count field, a plurality of frequency and/or spatial stream underutilization fields, and a plurality of delta observable secondary channel utilization fields. The capable STA count field indicates a total number of STAs currently associated with the BSS. Each of the frequency and/or spatial stream underutilization fields indicates underutilized frequency and/or spatial stream domain resources on Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access resource units for each channel, and each of the frequency and/or spatial stream underutilization fields is calculated based on RU size. Each of the delta observable secondary channel utilization fields indicates a utilization for a subband within a secondary channel calculated based on observable utilization on the corresponding secondary channel.
