Abstract: Automated real-time aerial change assessment of targets is provided. An aerial image of a target area is recorded during a flyover and a target detected in the aerial image. A sequence of images of the target area are recorded during a subsequent flyover. The system determines a target detection probability according to confidence scores of the sequence of images and determines a change status of the target. Responsive to a target change, a percentage of change is determined according to image feature matching between first aerial image and each of the images from the second flyover. Target detection probability and percentage of change are combined as statistically independent events to determine a probability of change. The probability of change and percentage of change for each image in the sequence is output in real-time, and final change assessment is output when the aircraft exits the target area.

Abstract: There is provided with an information processing apparatus. A first obtaining unit obtains a reference image including a tracking target object and a search image including the tracking target object. A second obtaining unit obtains a reference image defocus amount map and a search image defocus amount map. An extracting unit extracts a feature from each of the reference image, the search image, the reference image defocus amount map, and the search image defocus amount map. A correlation calculating unit performs correlation calculation regarding a feature of the reference image and the search image and feature of the reference image defocus amount map and the search image defocus amount map. A tracking result calculating unit calculates a tracking result including a position of the tracking target object by using a result of the correlation calculation.

Abstract: A device, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, and a method of signing a metadata frame corresponding to an image frame of a sequence of image frames are disclosed. The metadata frame comprises metadata of one or more detected objects in the image frame, and the metadata of each detected object comprises coordinates defining a location in the image frame of the detected object. A digital signature is generated based on at least a subset of the metadata in the metadata frame, and additional metadata are added to the metadata frame. The additional metadata comprise the digital signature and predefined coordinates which define that the additional metadata comprise the digital signature. Furthermore, a device, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, and method of authenticating a digitally signed metadata frame corresponding to an image frame of a sequence of image frames are disclosed.
