Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a base station may transmit, and a user equipment (UE) may receive, downlink control information (DCI) scheduling an uplink multiple input multiple output (MIMO) communication. The UE may transmit, and the base station may receive, the uplink MIMO communication using a default sounding reference signal (SRS) resource configuration based at least in part on the UE receiving the DCI prior to a medium access control (MAC) control element (MAC-CE) selecting a subset of uplink transmission configuration indication (TCI) states included in an uplink TCI state pool configured for the UE. Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to multi-slot transmission time interval based channel state information (CSI) and uplink shared channel (UL-SCH) multiplexing. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink control information (DCI) message and determine, based at least in part on the DCI message, a schedule for multiplexing UL-SCH data and one or more components of uplink control information (UCI) in a plurality of slots on a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). The components may include a CSI report for a plurality of transmission reception points. The UE may multiplex the UL-SCH data and the one or more components into the plurality of slots based at least in part on the schedule. Numerous other aspects are provided.

An example method generally includes receiving, from a wireless node, a RS resource configuration indicating interference RS resources associated with interference reference signal transmissions; monitoring interference RSs via the interference RS resources; for each of the interference RS resources, determining a reception beam based at least in part on the monitored more interference RSs corresponding to the interference RS resources; receiving control signaling, from the second wireless node, indicating QCL information, which also indicates to either refrain from using any monitored interference RS resource in determining spatial reception parameters or identify at least one monitored interference RS resource to use in determining the spatial reception parameters; and determining the spatial reception parameters in accordance with the control signaling.

Abstract: Aspects are provided which allow a user equipment (UE) to identify a low-bandwidth (low-BW) CORESET-0 and associated CSS based on reception bandwidth of the UE. The base station may configure different frequency and time-domain resources of the low-BW CORESET in order to optimize resource utilization of the low-BW CORESET-0, and the low-tier UE may identify these resources of CORESET-0 and CSS from the system configuration information received in a master information block (MIB). As a result, low tier UEs may operate in a same cell as legacy UEs without the need for the base station to transmit additional signaling to either legacy UEs or lower tier UEs for the UEs to receive their respective CORESET-0's and identify a physical downlink channel (PDCCH).

A method that can be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a CSI report configuration. The CSI report configuration configures the UE for reporting precoding matrix information including, for each layer, a plurality of selected beams L, a plurality of frequency domain compression bases F for the L beams, and a subset of linear combination coefficients associated with the frequency domain compression bases and beams. The UE can determine a number of coefficients to report for a higher rank based on a configured maximum number of coefficients to report for a lower rank.
