    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a first part of a channel state information (CSI) report, wherein the first part includes an indication of whether a value of a second part of the CSI report matches a value of a previous CSI report; and selectively transmit the second part of the CSI report based at least in part on whether the indication indicates that the value of the second part of the CSI report matches the value of the previous CSI report. In some aspects, a UE may determine a modified subband size of the UE, wherein the modified subband size is different than a configured subband size of the UE; and transmit, in a CSI report, an indication regarding the modified subband size to a base station. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for downlink and/or uplink beam management for full-duplex communications. An example method generally includes receiving, from a wireless node, a RS resource configuration indicating interference RS resources associated with interference reference signal transmissions; monitoring interference RSs via the interference RS resources; for each of the interference RS resources, determining a reception beam based at least in part on the monitored more interference RSs corresponding to the interference RS resources; receiving control signaling, from the second wireless node, indicating QCL information, which also indicates to either refrain from using any monitored interference RS resource in determining spatial reception parameters or identify at least one monitored interference RS resource to use in determining the spatial reception parameters; and determining the spatial reception parameters in accordance with the control signaling.

    Abstract: Aspects are provided which allow a user equipment (UE) to identify a low-bandwidth (low-BW) CORESET-0 and associated CSS based on reception bandwidth of the UE. The base station may configure different frequency and time-domain resources of the low-BW CORESET in order to optimize resource utilization of the low-BW CORESET-0, and the low-tier UE may identify these resources of CORESET-0 and CSS from the system configuration information received in a master information block (MIB). As a result, low tier UEs may operate in a same cell as legacy UEs without the need for the base station to transmit additional signaling to either legacy UEs or lower tier UEs for the UEs to receive their respective CORESET-0's and identify a physical downlink channel (PDCCH).

In some aspects, a user equipment may receive a sub-band specific sounding reference signal (SRS) resource indicator identifying subsets of SRS resources, of a set of SRS resources, associated with precoding a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) communication that is to be transmitted in a PUSCH resource. The user equipment may precode the PUSCH communication based at least in part on the sub-band specific SRS resource indicator. The user equipment may transmit the PUSCH communication after precoding the PUSCH communication based at least in part on the sub-band specific SRS resource indicator.     Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for channel state information (CSI) reporting with frequency domain (FD) compression. A method that can be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes determining the size of the intermediate set based on one or more parameters included in the CSI report configuration, determining one or more FD bases for each layer based on the intermediate set, wherein the one or more FD bases are characterized by an M value indicative of a number of the one or more FD bases and based on the CSI report configuration, and reporting the one or more FD bases for each layer based on the size of the intermediate set.
