    Abstract: In an aspect, a first wireless node, obtains a reference signal for positioning or sensing (RS-P-S) configuration that configures RS-P-S occasions, wherein the RS-P-S occasions comprises RS-P occasions associated with a position estimation session or radio frequency for sensing (RF-S) occasions associated with an RF-S procedure. The first wireless node further obtains a discontinuous communication (DCX) configuration associated with the first wireless node or a second wireless node. In an aspect, a periodicity associated with the RS-P-S occasions matches or overlaps with a periodicity of DCX ON periods associated with the DCX configuration, and the RS-P-S configuration comprises a DCX ON offset associated with a respective RS-P-S occasion per matching or overlapping DCX ON period. The first wireless node performs operation(s) associated with a configured RS-P-S occasion of the RS-P-S occasions in accordance with the RS-P-S configuration.

    Abstract: A method for positioning includes: transmitting, from a user equipment (UE), a UE capability message indicating a capability of the UE to process one or more positioning reference signals (PRS) transmitted from one or more transmission antennas and received at one or more reception antennas of the UE; receiving, at the UE, assistance data including information for processing the one or more PRS transmitted from the one or more transmission antennas based on the UE capability message; receiving, at the one or more reception antennas of the UE, the one or more PRS from the one or more transmission antennas; and obtaining one or more measurements based on the one or more PRS and associating each of the one or more measurements with one of the one or more transmission antennas as a PRS source antenna and one of the one or more reception antennas as a PRS reception.

    Abstract: A first sensing entity may receive, from a second sensing entity, a sensing information message that may include a first set of sensing attributes associated with a set of objects within an area associated with the first sensing entity. The first sensing entity may transmit a set of sensing signals at a target object. The first sensing entity may receive a set of reflected sensing signals based on the set of sensing signals and the target object. The first sensing entity may measure a second set of sensing attributes associated with the target object based on the set of reflected sensing signals and the first set of sensing attributes. The measured second set of sensing attributes may be more accurate than a set of sensing attributes that are not based on the first set of sensing attributes.

    Abstract: Aspects presented herein may improve radio frequency (RF) sensing accuracy for an RF sensing node by enabling the RF sensing node to perform RF sensing using multiple antenna/antenna panels. In one aspect, a UE transmits, to a sensing entity, an indication of a capability to perform RF sensing using a set of antenna panels. The UE receives, from the sensing entity based on the indication, a configuration to perform an RF sensing operation using a subset of antenna panels in the set of antenna panels, where each antenna panel in the subset of antenna panels is configured to perform a corresponding RF sensing operation for each antenna panel. The UE performs, based on the configuration, the RF sensing operation via each antenna panel in the subset of antenna panels.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, components, devices and systems for uplink power control in which an aggressor UE applies different power control schemes in respective uplink resource allocations to mitigate inter-UE interference or simplify NLIC at the victim UE. The aggressor UE initially obtains a first uplink resource allocation in which one power control scheme is to be applied, and determines at least a second uplink resource allocation including a subset of resources of the first uplink resource allocation in which a different power control scheme is to be applied. The UE also obtains various uplink power control parameters associated with the respective uplink resource allocations, where one or more of these parameters has a different value for the second uplink resource allocation than for first uplink resource allocation. The UE then sends uplink data in the uplink resource allocations using different transmission powers associated with the different parameters.
