The method includes: determining PDCCH blind decoding capability information of the terminal; wherein the PDCCH blind decoding capability information indicates a maximum processing capability of the terminal to perform blind decoding on the PDCCH within a first unit time and a maximum processing capability of the terminal to perform blind decoding on the PDCCH within a second unit time; the first unit time is greater than the second unit time; reporting the PDCCH blind decoding capability information to a network device.     Abstract: A method of transmitting downlink control information, a terminal, and a network side device are provided. The method comprises: determining, by a terminal, resource configuration information corresponding to a control resource set; acquiring, by the terminal, blind detection information based on a first correspondence relation between the resource configuration information and the blind detection information, wherein the blind detection information includes at least one of: a length of the downlink control information DCI, an aggregation level of candidate control channels, and a length of a resource allocation RA field in the DCI; and receiving, by the terminal based on the blind detection information, DCI transmitted by the network side device on the control resource set.

The method includes: obtaining, by a terminal, control information; and performing, by the terminal, a corresponding terminal behavior based on the control information. The transmission method includes: when a configured resource for a terminal includes N frequency domain resources, and a preset condition is satisfied by the terminal, performing transmission on a frequency domain resource in the N frequency domain resources. The transmission is performed based on a transmitter which is any of M transmitters, and N is an integer greater than 2.
