Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for an event-triggered partial update for a reference signal (RS) report by a user equipment (UE). An example method performed by a UE may include receiving, from a network entity, a configuration for reference signal (RS) measurement based reporting of a plurality of parameters, calculating the parameters, based on RS measurements, in accordance with the configuration, detecting an event, based on a change in value of at least one of the parameters relative to a previously reported value for that parameter, and transmitting an event-triggered report with a partial update of the parameters, based on the detection.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for requesting message repetition in random access procedures. In some aspects, a first random access message can be generated for a physical random access channel (PRACH) procedure. The first random access message can include a request for repetition of a third random access message. The request can be based on a criterion that is associated with at least one of a maximum allowed transmit power, or a PRACH transmit power. The first random access message can be output for transmission to a node to initiate a random access procedure with the node. In some aspects, one or more parameters related to a threshold for determining whether to include the request can be configured by the node.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a method for wireless communications by a user equipment (UE). The UE determines that a scheduled occasion for reporting hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for a first semi-persistently scheduled (SPS) physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) of a first HARQ process identifier (ID) overlaps with at least one downlink or flexible symbol. The UE reports, defers, or drops the HARQ feedback for the first SPS PDSCH if resources for reporting the HARQ feedback for the first SPS PDSCH are not available until on or after a scheduled occasion for reporting a HARQ feedback for a second PDSCH of the same first HARQ process ID, in response to the determining.

The quasi co-location references may include different quasi co-location Typed references that correspond to different spatial receive beams. The UE may perform the channel measurement based on a first resource setting for the channel measurement and the first set of quasi co-location parameters. The UE may perform the interference measurement based on a second resource setting for the interference measurement and the second set of quasi co-location parameters.

Abstract: An apparatus, e.g., a UE, is disclosed. The number of RS reported in the measurement report may be based on at least one of a UE capability, an indication received from the serving cell, a pre-configuration, or an indication received from the serving cell in which the indication is within the UE capability.
