    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for an event-triggered partial update for a reference signal (RS) report by a user equipment (UE). An example method performed by a UE may include receiving, from a network entity, a configuration for reference signal (RS) measurement based reporting of a plurality of parameters, calculating the parameters, based on RS measurements, in accordance with the configuration, detecting an event, based on a change in value of at least one of the parameters relative to a previously reported value for that parameter, and transmitting an event-triggered report with a partial update of the parameters, based on the detection.

    Abstract: The UE may perform a measurement of downlink reference signals from a serving cell and at least one neighbor cell and skip one or more RRM measurements based on a comparison of the measurement for at least one round of measurements and a threshold value. The measurement of the downlink reference signals may include a measurement of a Doppler shift, a measurement of a positioning reference signal, or a measurement of a reception timing drift based on the downlink reference signals.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for requesting message repetition in random access procedures. In some aspects, a first random access message can be generated for a physical random access channel (PRACH) procedure. The first random access message can include a request for repetition of a third random access message. The request can be based on a criterion that is associated with at least one of a maximum allowed transmit power, or a PRACH transmit power. The first random access message can be output for transmission to a node to initiate a random access procedure with the node. In some aspects, one or more parameters related to a threshold for determining whether to include the request can be configured by the node.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station (e.g., next-generation NodeB ((gNB)) may transmit a report configuration to a user equipment (UE). The report configuration may include a first set of quasi co-location parameters for channel measurement and a second set of quasi co-location parameters for interference measurement.     Abstract: An apparatus, e.g., a UE, is disclosed. The apparatus may transmit, to a serving cell, UE capability information for performing L1/L2 measurements of at least one target RS received from a non-serving cell and reporting measurement information. The apparatus may receive, based on the transmitted UE capability information, a configuration including a TCI state scheduling the UE to receive the at least one target RS from the non-serving cell based on at least one source RS associated with the TCI state, and to perform the L1/L2 measurements of the at least one target RS. The number of RS reported in the measurement report may be based on at least one of a UE capability, an indication received from the serving cell, a pre-configuration, or an indication received from the serving cell in which the indication is within the UE capability.
