The patterning system may include a supply roll to supply a film member, a recovery roll to recover the film member, and a roll-to-roll patterning apparatus forming a coating on the film member. The roll-to-roll patterning apparatus may include a pattern roller, a plurality of press rollers, and an alignment roller. The pattern roller may include an outer peripheral surface with a first pattern. The plurality of press rollers may press a film member against the pattern roller to form a second pattern on the film member. The alignment roller may be spaced apart from the pattern roller and may be arranged at an upstream position in a movement direction of the film member. The alignment roller may align the film member entering a region between the pattern roller and the plurality of press rollers.

Once a measured value has been measured for a sealing liquid which is stored in the tank of a moisturizing apparatus, the type of sealing liquid that is used is qualitatively analyzed on the basis of the measured value and of at least one material parameter as a comparison value. The amount of liquid stored in the moisturizing storage device is then measured by at least one further measurement to allow dynamic control of the liquid supply to the moisturizing storage device as a function of the material parameter and of at least one measured value, which is related to the liquid consumption, in the result of the at least one measurement of the amount of liquid stored in the moisturizing storage device.

摘要： A hand-held tool for applying a solution to grouted tile surfaces includes a container, a cap assembly, a head assembly and an applicator body. The container contains the solution and provides an exit port. The cap assembly is coupled to the container and forms a conduit fluidly open to the exit port. The head assembly is rotatably coupled to the cap assembly and defines a support face. An aperture is fluidly connected to the support face and the conduit. The applicator body is retained by the support face and forms a perimeter defining a major dimension greater than a minor dimension. Solution is delivered from the exit port to the applicator body by a pathway including the conduit and the aperture, with the pathway remaining open as the applicator body is rotated relative to the container. The tool can be especially useful with stone or porous tile surfaces.

摘要： An applicator tip formed of a cup-shaped cap is threadedly attached to the threaded neck of a bottle containing a liquid material such as an adhesive. A hole is formed in the center of the base of the cap. A tubular spout, connected to the base, extends into the neck and passes liquid from the bottle through the spout and hole and into a porous pad that is attached to the base and extends over the hole for application to a surface. A ring-shaped, continuous, flange, formed integral with the inner surface of the base of the cap and surrounding the spout is spaced uniformly inwardly of the interior threaded wall of the cap. The flange is formed in a wedge shape which provides an inverted wedge-shaped annular space between the flange and the threads of the cap. The flange is sufficiently resilient to press radially outwardly against the bottle neck when the neck is threadedly connected upon the cap and thereby arranged within the tapered annular space to seal against liquid escaping over the rim of the neck into the threads of the neck and cap so that the cap may be easily removed from the bottle and reapplied to another bottle.

摘要： An adhesive take-up, metering and spreading unit, for bonding machines is truck-mounted so that it can be replaced without having to interrupt the operation of the plant, includes a plurality of rollers arranged in series, wherein a first rubber-clad roller takes up adhesive from a reservoir and transfers it to an anilox roller, from which the adhesive is taken up by a second rubber-clad roller, which transfers it to a film to be bonded. Each roller rotates at a higher speed than the preceding one, and the unit is fitted with members that regulate the distance between the rollers, and consequently the pressure that each rubber-clad roller exerts on the anilox roller, in order to meter the precise quantity of adhesive taken up and spread on the film. This characteristic allows even special adhesives, whose application is particularly difficult due to their viscosity characteristics, to be precisely spread and metered.

The waxing module disposed on the door-shaped structure includes a wax-supplying unit and a wax-polishing unit. The controlling module is coupled to the door-shaped structure, the wax-supplying unit and the wax-polishing unit. The controlling module, according to the information of the vehicle, determines a moving path of the door-shaped structure, a waxing path of the wax-supplying unit, and a polishing path of the wax-polishing unit with respect to the vehicle.
