Abstract: Aspects relate to techniques for facilitating sidelink cancellation. A network entity, such as a base station, may schedule a sidelink transmission between a transmitting wireless communication device and a receiving wireless communication device and transmit scheduling information for the sidelink transmission to at least the transmitting wireless communication device. The network entity may further transmit control information including a cancellation indication to at least the transmitting UE. The cancellation indication may indicate at least an overlap between a portion of the resources allocated to the sidelink transmission and an additional transmission. Based on the cancellation indication, the transmitting wireless communication device may modify the sidelink transmission.

Abstract: Aspects relate techniques for facilitating resumption of a sidelink transmission after cancellation of the sidelink transmission within resources that overlap with an additional transmission. A transmitting wireless communication device may receive control information from a network entity including a cancellation indication indicating overlapping resources between the resources scheduled for the sidelink transmission and resources scheduled for the additional transmission. Based on the cancellation indication, the transmitting wireless communication device may cancel the sidelink transmission within cancelled resources including at least the overlapping resources and transmit the sidelink transmission via remaining resources of the scheduled resources for the sidelink transmission outside of the cancelled resources.

In an aspect, a position estimation entity, obtains first timing information that is associated with a first time-of-arrival (TOA) measurement of a first reference signal for positioning (RS-P) as communicated between a target user equipment (UE) and a base station with a first time basis, obtains second timing information that is associated with a second TOA measurement of a second RS-P as communicated between the target UE and a reference UE associated with a known location and having a second time basis that is different than the first time basis, determines a bias between the first time basis and the second time basis, and determines a position estimate of the target UE via a time differential of arrival (TDOA) positioning technique based at least in part upon the first timing information, the second timing information, and the bias.

Abstract: Aspects of sensor activation or deactivation for positioning a mobile device in a wireless communication network are disclosed. These aspects include, during a positioning session between the mobile device and a location server, determining with the location server that a first trigger condition or a second trigger condition has been met regarding reporting, by the mobile device to the location server, of sensor data from one or more sensors of the mobile device, where: the first trigger condition may comprise a trigger condition for activating the reporting, and the second trigger condition may comprise a trigger condition for deactivating the reporting. Aspects further include sending, from the location server to the mobile device, a message may comprise either: instructions to activate the reporting responsive to determining the first trigger condition has been met, or instructions to deactivate the reporting responsive to determining the second trigger condition has been met.

The network component determines (e.g., generates or refines) a meausrement (e.g., RFFP-P) model based on the measurement information. The network component provides the measurement (e.g., RFFP-P) model to a target UE. The target UE receives at least one signal (e.g., PRS) on the one or more downlink beams from the wireless node(s). The target UE processes the at least one signal (e.g., predicts target UE location) based at least in part on the measurement (e.g., RFFP-P) model.

Abstract: A first UE in a UE group may determine that a sidelink channel is available for data transmission and transmit SCI reserving a COT on the sidelink channel. A second may receive, from the first UE, the SCI reserving the COT on the sidelink channel and transmitting the sidelink transmission on the sidelink channel using one or more resources of the inter-group sharable resources. The COT may include a first set of resources reserved for the first UE, an intra-group sharable resources capable of being shared by the UE group, and an inter-group sharable resources capable of being shared by the second UE outside of the UE group. The second UE may perform the CAT 1 or CAT 2 LBT procedure to contend for the inter-group sharable resources. The access to the inter-group sharable resources may be limited.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for sending a configuration for conditional configured grant (CG) occasions for uplink transmission to a user equipment (UE). Each conditional CG occasion may be associated with multiple conditional CG resources. Each conditional CG resource may be associated with a sending window. The UE may monitor within sensing windows for conditional CG resources of a certain conditional CG occasion for over the air (OTA) signals from other UEs to determine if the conditional CG resources are available for uplink transmission. The UE may skip the conditional CG occasion when the conditional CG resources are not available. The UE may perform uplink transmission on the conditional CG resources when the conditional CG resources are available.
