Abstract: A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are disclosed. The apparatus may be a UE. The apparatus may transmit, to a base station, an indication of a UE capability for PDCCH monitoring. The apparatus may configure, based on the UE capability for PDCCH monitoring, first MOs of a USS set to align with second MOs of a CSS set. The apparatus may monitor, based on the configuration, for a plurality of PDCCHs during PDCCH MOs. The PDCCH MOs may correspond to the first MOs or the second MOs. The first MOs of the USS set may be adjusted dynamically to be in same slots as the second MOs of the CSS set or to be within a predefined range of the second MOs of the CSS set.

Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for wideband uplink control channel capability indication during initial access are disclosed herein. A user equipment (UE) may transmit an uplink message indicating an uplink resource bandwidth capability of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) of the UE based on a power spectral density (PSD) limitation and a maximum transmission power of the UE. The UE may receive a downlink message indicating an uplink resource allocation of the PUCCH corresponding to the uplink resource bandwidth capability. Alternatively, the UE may receive a downlink configuration that indicates a first set of uplink resources and a second set of uplink resources. The UE may transmit an acknowledgment message in response to a downlink message of a random access channel process. The acknowledgment message includes the uplink resource bandwidth capability that indicates a selection between the first set of uplink resources and the second set of uplink resources.

The UE receives a downlink transmission triggering hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback in one or more physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources. The UE transmits the SR to the base station in the one or more PUCCH resources for the HARQ feedback. The base station transmits, to a UE, an indication to transmit an SR. The base station transmits a downlink transmission triggering HARQ feedback in one or more PUCCH resources. The base station receives the SR from the UE in the one or more PUCCH resources.

A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a network entity, downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a plurality of transmissions of a first priority, wherein the DCI comprises at least one field indicating one or more parameters to apply when at least one previously scheduled transmission of a second priority collides with: one or more of the plurality of transmissions of the first priority, or one or more transmissions acknowledging the one or more of the plurality of transmissions of the first priority; and applying the one or more parameters to process the plurality of the transmissions of the first priority.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a transmitter or a receiver to determine a size of a TB that spans more than one slot. In one aspect, a transmitter determines a multiple slot overhead parameter size for a TB of a shared channel based on an allocation of multiple slots. The transmitter calculates a number of REs allocated for the TB of the shared channel based on a number of subcarriers in a PRB, a number of scheduled symbols in a slot, a number of REs for DMRS per PRB, the multiple slot overhead parameter size, and a number of allocated PRBs. The transmitter transmits the TB of the shared channel using the calculated number of REs.
