    Abstract: In an aspect, a communications device obtains a residual AoA bias associated with a first AoA measurement of a RS-P transmitted from a wireless reference node to a first base station, the wireless reference node associated with a location known to the communications device, obtains a second AoA measurement associated with an uplink signal (e.g., PRACH, SRS, UL-SRS-P, etc.) transmitted from a UE to the first base station, and calibrates the second AoA measurement based on the residual AoA bias. In another aspect, a communications device obtains a residual AoD bias associated with a first AoD measurement of a RS-P transmitted from a first base station to a wireless reference node with a known location, obtains a second AoD measurement associated with a downlink signal (e.g., DL-PRS) transmitted from the first base station to a UE, and calibrates the second AoD measurement based on the residual AoD bias.

The radar server may provide the one or more transmit timing parameters to a first wireless communications system Transmission Reception Point (TRP) configured to use the one or more transmit timing parameters to send a transmit signal. The radar server may provide the one or more receive timing parameters to a second wireless communications system TRP configured to use the one or more receive timing parameters to receive an echo signal corresponding to a reflection of the transmit signal from a target.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) determines at least one random access channel (RACH) preamble from a first set of RACH preambles, wherein the first set of RACH preambles is for positioning purposes and a second set of RACH preambles is for communication purposes, and wherein the first set of RACH preambles and the second set of RACH preambles are associated with at least one transmission-reception point (TRP), transmits, to the at least one TRP, the at least one RACH preamble to indicate that the UE is involved in a positioning session, receives, from the at least one TRP, in response to transmitting the at least one RACH preamble, an allocation of one or more resources for transmission of uplink positioning signals for the positioning session, and transmits the uplink positioning signals via the one or more resources.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for handling an overlap between a higher priority channel and a lower priority channel. In an aspect, a transmitter node detects an overlap between an allocation of a first set of resources of a wireless communication link for transmission of the lower priority channel and an allocation of a second set of resources of the wireless communication link for transmission of the higher priority channel, removes a subset of resources from the first set of resources to generate a removed subset of resources of the first set of resources and a remaining subset of resources of the first set of resources, and transmits, to a receiver node, the lower priority channel on the remaining subset of resources, wherein the higher priority channel is transmitted on the removed subset of resources, wherein the higher priority channel or the lower priority channel is a positioning reference signal.

    Abstract: Disclosed are various techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) identifies a set of positioning sources, each positioning source comprising a positioning reference signal (PRS) resource, a PRS resource set, a PRS frequency layer, and/or a transmission/reception point (TRP). From the set of positioning sources, the UE identifies a consistency group comprising a collection of positioning sources grouped based on expected values of at least one metric of a reference signal from each positioning source, measured values of the at least one metric for the reference signal from each positioning source, and an error threshold. The UE identifies one or more subsets of positioning sources within the consistency group, each subset having at least one metric error value. The UE reports, to a network entity, information about the consistency group and information about at least one of the subsets of positioning sources within the consistency group.

    Abstract: In an aspect, a first base station (e.g., Rx gNB) receives, from a radar controller, a configuration of UL T-F resources for the first base station to receive at least one radar signal from a second base station. The first base station further determines power control parameter(s) associated with the at least one radar signal, at least one UL transmission, or a combination thereof. The first base station performs, based on the power control parameter(s), action(s) to mitigate impact by the at least one radar signal to the at least one UL transmission, or by the at least one UL transmission to the at least one radar signal, or a combination thereof. The first base station measures the at least one radar signal on the set of UL T-F resources in accordance with the configuration.
