    Abstract: A method for monitoring a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) with a discontinuous reception (DRX) related timer by a user equipment (UE) configured not to transmit a Hybrid Automatic Repeat and request (HARQ) feedback for the DL HARQ process in a wireless communication system is disclosed. Especially, when the UE processes the data block, a timer for monitoring subsequent PDCCHs related to retransmission of the DL HARQ process is started without transmitting the HARQ feedback upon a first Physical downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) for the DL HARQ process is detected. Then, while the timer is running, the UE monitors subsequent PDCCHs related to retransmission of the DL HARQ process. Further, when decoding of DL data related to the second PDCCH successes, the timer is stopped and monitoring subsequent PDCCHs for the DL HARQ process is skipped.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) can perform dual registration with different radio access technology (RAT) system. The UE registers with a core network of a second system independent of a first system while maintaining registration with a core network of the first system. The UE transmits, to the second system, first information indicating that the UE has the registration with the first system when connecting to the second system. One of the first and second systems may be a LTE system using a first radio access technology (RAT), and the other one may be new RAT system using a second RAT different from the first RAT.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting sidelink data by a User Equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system includes determining whether resource pool information for selecting a sidelink grant is configured by a base station; determining whether more sidelink data is available in a Sidelink Traffic Channel (STCH) than can be transmitted in a current Sidelink Control (SC) period; selecting resources for the sidelink grant from the resource pool information based on the resource pool information for selecting the sidelink grant being configured by the base station, and more sidelink data being available in the STCH than can be transmitted in the current SC period; selecting resources for the sidelink data based on the resources for the sidelink grant; and transmitting the sidelink data to another UE through the resources for the sidelink data. Further, the sidelink grant is for a next SC period after the current SC period.
