    Abstract: An electronic device displays a plurality of icons in a predefined area on the display, and detects a gesture that includes a contact on a touch-sensitive surface while a focus selector is over a respective icon, and subsequent movement of the contact across the touch-sensitive surface that corresponds to movement of the focus selector outside of the predefined area. In response to detecting the gesture, if the contact had a maximum intensity during the gesture that was below a respective intensity threshold, the device retains the respective icon in the predefined area after the gesture has ended. But if the contact reached an intensity during the gesture that was above the respective intensity threshold, the device moves the respective icon in accordance with the movement of the contact during the gesture and removes the respective icon from the predefined area after the gesture has ended.

    Abstract: A computing device having a touch-sensitive surface and a display, detects a stylus input on the touch-sensitive surface while displaying a user interface. A first operation is performed in the user interface in accordance with a determination that the stylus input includes movement of the stylus across the touch-sensitive surface while the stylus is detected on the touch-sensitive surface. A second operation different from the first operation is performed in the user interface in accordance with a determination that the stylus input includes rotation of the stylus around an axis of the stylus while the stylus is detected on the touch-sensitive surface. A third operation is performed in the user interface in accordance with a determination that the stylus input includes movement of the stylus across the touch-sensitive surface and rotation of the stylus around an axis of the stylus while the stylus is detected on the touch-sensitive surface.

    Abstract: An electronic device with a touch-sensitive surface and a display displays a representation of a clock on the display, detects an input directed to the representation of the clock, while detecting the input directed to the representation of the clock, and provides tactile feedback that corresponds to the clock, wherein the tactile feedback includes a regular pattern of tactile outputs on the touch-sensitive surface. While providing the tactile feedback, the device detects that the input is no longer directed to the representation of the clock, and in response to detecting that the input is no longer directed to the representation of the clock, ceases to provide the tactile feedback corresponding to the clock.
