摘要: The present disclosure relates to a control system for a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system. The control system includes a user interface configured to receive a first input indicative of a first expected operating range of a first parameter in a first zone and to receive a second input indicative of a second expected operating range of a second parameter in a second zone. A first set point for the first parameter is within the first expected operating range and a second set point for the second parameter is within the second expected operating range. The control system includes a controller configured to manage operation of the HVAC system and to provide a first alert in response to the first parameter being outside of the first expected operating range and a second alert in response to the second parameter being outside of the second expected operating range.

摘要: A service management system facilitates service on building management systems. A connected services system of a connected services system stores temperature information from temperature detectors of building management systems (including heat detectors of fire alarm systems and thermostats of building automation systems), which send sensor values to control panels, which, in turn, send the temperature information to the connected services system. A temperature detector evaluation module of the connected services system retrieves the temperature information from the connected services database, generates aggregate temperature information based on the temperature information and then determines which of the temperature detectors require service based on the aggregate temperature information, for example, by detecting outlier temperature information. Scheduled service tasks for the temperature detectors requiring service are then pushed to a service workflow module, which sends the scheduled service tasks to a mobile computing device operated by a technician performing the service.

摘要: A building network system of a building includes a network system. The network system includes one or more processing circuits. The one or more processing circuits are configured to receive network data from a building network of the building, the network data associated with a plurality of pieces of building equipment of the building. The one or more processing circuits are configured to generate a digital network twin of the building network based on the network data, the digital network twin representing the plurality of pieces of building equipment and relationships between the plurality of pieces of building equipment. The one or more processing circuits are configured to identify one or more network updates to the building network based on the digital network twin. The one or more processing circuits are configured to deploy the one or more network updates to the building network.

摘要: A multiple-circuit heating and cooling system includes a first refrigeration circuit having a first condenser and a first evaporator and a second refrigeration circuit having a second condenser and a second evaporator. The first condenser and the second condenser are arranged in a first row split configuration, and the second condenser is downstream of the first condenser relative to a first air flow directed across the second condenser and the first condenser. Additionally, the first evaporator and the second evaporator are arranged in a second row split configuration, and the first evaporator is downstream of the second evaporator relative to a second air flow directed across the first evaporator and the second evaporator.

摘要: A squeeze film damper assembly for a compressor includes a damper sleeve configured to be disposed about a rotor shaft of the compressor. The damper sleeve includes a pressure dam pocket formed in an inner circumference of the damper sleeve. The pressure dam pocket is configured to receive a flow of lubricant and to pressurize the flow of lubricant via rotation of the rotor shaft. The damper sleeve includes an outlet passage extending from the pressure dam pocket to an outer circumference of the damper sleeve. The squeeze film damper assembly also includes a bearing housing disposed about the damper sleeve to form a damper gap extending between the outer circumference of the damper sleeve and the bearing housing. The damper gap is fluidly coupled to the outlet passage and is configured to receive the flow of lubricant from the pressure dam pocket.
