    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, wireless devices operating in an unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band may perform directional listen-before-talk (LBT) procedures to gain access to a channel. In a beam-shrinking scheme for directional LBT, a wireless device may start an LBT procedure using a first beam (e.g., a wide beam). If the clear channel assessment (CCA) fails for the first beam (e.g., due to directional interference), the device may switch the LBT procedure to a second beam (e.g., a narrower beam). Depending on the direction of the interference source, the second beam may result in a successful LBT procedure. In a beam sweeping scheme for directional LBT, a wireless device may perform concurrent LBT over multiple narrow beams. If any beam of the set of beams detects frequent or continuous interference, the device may drop that beam from the concurrent LBT procedure.

The methods, systems, and devices may enable a base station to transmit a measurement configuration for measuring interference (e.g., cross link interference (CLI)). The measurement configuration may include a measurement direction configuration for measuring the interference. Additionally or alternatively, the UE may select a measurement direction configuration for measuring interference based on the measurement configuration. The UE may measure interference based on the measurement configuration. The UE may transmit a measurement report to the base station. The measurement report may include an indication of the selected measurement direction configuration.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a transmitter node may determine a set of desired transmit beams to use for transmissions during a channel occupancy time (COT), wherein each transmit beam in the set of desired transmit beams is associated with an energy detection threshold (EDT). The transmitter node may configure a sensing beam associated with a directional listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure, wherein the sensing beam is associated with an EDT that is at least as strict as a strictest EDT associated with the set of desired transmit beams. The transmitter node may transmit using the set of desired transmit beams during the COT, wherein the COT is initiated based at least in part on an indication that the directional LBT procedure succeeded using the sensing beam. A first wireless device may receive a clear channel assessment trigger from a second wireless device, the clear channel assessment trigger associated with a data transmission by the second wireless device.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for selecting a minimum measurement duration in listen-before-talk (LBT) sensing slots for high band unlicensed channel access. In some examples, a device may select a minimum sensing duration for an LBT procedure according to a sensing bandwidth or an energy threshold (such as an energy detection threshold or an energy power spectral density threshold), or both. As part of the LBT procedure, the device may measure or sense a wireless channel for at least the selected minimum sensing duration in each sensing slot of the LBT procedure. The device may selectively transmit on the wireless channel according to a result of the LBT procedure. For example, the device may either transmit or refrain from transmitting on the wireless channel depending on whether the device senses the wireless channel to be available.
