    Abstract: This application provides a spatial reuse method and apparatus based on multi-access point (AP) coordination, and a system. In the method, a first access point AP sends a radio frame including identification information to a second access point AP. The identification information is used to indicate the second access point AP to perform spatial reuse during uplink data transmission performed by at least one first station associated with the first access point. The second access point sends a downlink frame to at least one second station based on the identification information. Through coordination between access points APs, the first AP may configure a spatial reuse transmission opportunity for another specific AP to perform spatial reuse transmission, so that a transmission time in the spatial reuse transmission opportunity is fully used, thereby avoiding a conflict and improving transmission efficiency.

    Abstract: This application provides a protocol data unit PPDU transmission method and apparatus, and relates to the field of communication technologies, to indicate, to a STA, a channel for sending a CTS frame. In the method, a first device may send a first data unit. The first data unit may include at least a second data unit and a third data unit. The second data unit is used to carry a first MU-RTS frame. The third data unit is used to carry a second MU-RTS frame. The first MU-RTS frame and the second MU-RTS frame use a same scrambling code initialization value. Based on the foregoing solution, an AP may indicate, to a plurality of STAs by using a plurality of MU-RTS frames, channels for replying CTS frames. The AP may indicate the first MU-RTS frame and the second MU-RTS frame to use the same scrambling code initialization value.

    Abstract: An AID allocation method for a multi-link device, includes: An access point multi-link device generates and sends a first frame. Correspondingly, a station device receives and parses the first frame to obtain an AID that is allocated to the station device and carried in the first frame. The AID is neither a BSSID that can be supported by a first-type access point in the access point multi-link device nor an identifier of an access point in the access point multi-link device. A first station generates a radio frame, where the first station is one of a plurality of stations included in a first multi-link device. The first multi-link device includes a first station operating on a first link and a second station operating on a second link. The first station transmits the radio frame on the first link, where the radio frame includes capability indication information, and the capability indication information indicates whether the first station and the second station support simultaneous transmitting/receiving operations. According to the embodiments of this application, communication quality can be ensured.
