Abstract: This application provides a communication method and a related apparatus. In this method, a first neural network model may be determined from one or more pre-trained neural network models, the first neural network model is adjusted based on communication resource information and/or channel state information for communication between a first device and a second device, and an adjusted first neural network model is sent, or a submodel in an adjusted first neural network model is sent, where the adjusted first neural network model is used for the communication between the first device and the second device. It can be learned that the neural network model used for the communication between the first device and the second device is obtained through adjustment based on the pre-trained neural network model that has been trained.
