    摘要: A high-speed electrical connector, comprising a signal module (1). The signal module comprises a contact (11). At least one side of the contact is provided with a shield piece (12). The signal module further comprises an insulator (13). The insulator is formed on the contact and the shield piece by means of injection moulding so as to combine the contact and the shield piece together. The insulator of the signal module of the electrical connector is encapsulated on the contact and the shield piece by means of injection moulding. Thus, the degree of stability of the signal module is enhanced, and the problem that a signal module of an existing high-speed electrical connector is easily deformed is solved.

    摘要: A connector assembly suppresses electromagnetic interference (EMI) generated by electronic circuitry on a printed circuit board (PCB). Certain embodiments of the connector assembly include common features such as conductive through-holes on the PCB, and a connector having terminal pins positionable through the conductive through-holes. The first embodiment includes a magnetic wafer positionable between the connector and the PCB. The second embodiment includes a plurality of stackable magnetic wafers positionable in a stack between the connector and the PCB. The third embodiment includes a magnetic cup wafer positionable between the connector and the PCB. The fourth embodiment, combines the cup wafer with the stackable magnetic wafers of the second and third embodiments. Each magnetic wafer includes wafer holes for the terminal pins to pass through. The magnetic wafers are configured to increase inductance and provide effective EMI noise suppression.

    摘要: An interconnection system including a pluggable transceiver and a connector disposed in a cavity of a conductive cage. The pluggable transceiver may include a latching mechanism for locking to the conductive cage. The latching mechanism may include a pair of latches positioned on opposite sides of the pluggable transceiver. The latches may be spatially offset from each other along a longitudinal and/or vertical direction. Corresponding latching tabs in the conductive cage may be disposed in the same relationship, even in a ganged configuration when latching tabs for adjacent cavities are formed in a common wall between cavities. Cammed surfaces of a release mechanism, centered between latching edges of the transceiver latches may impart a latch releasing force at a central portion of the latching tab forcing the lathing tab back into the common wall, reducing rotational moment applied in prior designs, such as QSFP ganged cages.

    摘要: An electrical connector includes an insulation body having a base and a tongue located in a front end of the base, terminals arranged in upper and lower rows, and a middle grounding plate disposed in the base and extending to the tongue. Terminals in the upper and lower rows are arranged on upper and lower surfaces of the tongue, respectively. The middle grounding plate is located between the upper and lower rows of terminals, and having at least one first hole. An edge of each of two lateral sides of the middle grounding plate is inwardly depressed to form a first groove. The first hole is located between the two first grooves. The insulation body has a first insulation post and a second insulation post, the first insulation post protrudes into the first hole, and the second insulation post protrudes into the first grooves on the lateral sides.
