In order to control the displacement of the push rod (22), an engagement member (56) engaging the push rod (22) is movably supported in a housing (54) of a drive unit (26), and the push lifter (24) and the drive unit (26) are formed as separate members.

    摘要: A door closer or operator includes a pivoting pinion on the door closer housing for transmitting door motion, and a cam connected thereto. A connecting member extends along a spring and engages the peripheral edge of the cam. Rotation of the cam causes a change in length of the portion of the connecting member between the position tangent to the cam peripheral edge and the spring second end to expand or compress the spring, resulting in a force transmitted along a longitudinal axis of the connecting member as a result of spring deflection. The cam peripheral edge has a profile with a varying radial distance between the cam axis and the connecting member at the position tangent to the cam peripheral edge such that the radial distance is changed as the spring expands or compresses to maintain a desired constant torque about the axis of the cam and pinion.

    摘要: A closing device pivots on a vehicle body between a closing position and an opening position, such as a rear flap of a motor vehicle, with a closing element on the body side and an opposite closing element on the flap side for locking and unlocking the flap and with at least one ejection element. A plunger can be moved in a guide at least between a working position and a rest position, which upon movement into a working position can be tensioned against the force of a tensioning device. The plunger interacts with the flap for the manual opening and closing through the at least partial relaxing of the plunger. The plunger is lockable and unlockable through a locking device in a locking position in which it is tensioned at least as far as to the working position.

    摘要: Disclosed is a door closer provided with a unit for adding door-closing force inside a housing. The disclosed door closer comprises a force-adding unit, which is included inside the housing, for adding the door-closing force. The force-adding unit comprises a cam which coaxially rotates with a link shaft inside the housing, and a cam pusher which is elastically compressed so as to come into close contact with the outer circumferential surface of the cam. The outer circumferential surface of the cam comprises an arc surface portion which is separated apart from a rotary axis of the cam at an equal distance, a concave surface portion which is separated apart from the rotary axis of the cam at a distance shorter than that to the arc surface portion, and one pair of protruding corner portions for connecting the arc surface portion and the concave surface portion. When the outer circumferential surface of the cam with which the cam pusher comes into close contact is converted from the arc surface portion to the concave surface portion due to the rotation of the cam, the rotational force of the link shaft is increased due to the elastic pressing force of the cam pusher.
