摘要： A manufacturing process of three-dimensional leather objects, including the following steps: applying a hardener additive on the flesh side of a piece of leather, positioning the flesh side of the piece of leather on a shape, introducing the shape with the piece of leather in a vacuum sack, applying rough vacuum in the vacuum sack, heating the vacuum sack with the shape and the piece of leather, and progressively applying vacuum during the heating step, stopping the vacuum pressure and cooling the vacuum sack with the shape and the piece of leather, opening the sack and extracting the shape with the piece of leather from the vacuum sack and removing the piece of leather from the shape in such a way that the piece of leather has the shape of a three-dimensional object.

摘要： A method for generating an electric control signal driving apparatus to produce a topological structure on a workpiece, in particular to produce a leather structure. Initially, at least, two different signal components are generated and the control signal is then formed by their addition. One signal component may correspond to a fine structure and another for instance to a coarse structure or to a line structure. In this manner, the portions of the structure can be determined and processed one at a time to imitate a natural leather surface.

摘要： An air blast dust removal machine has a jet of air projected from at least one slot-like nozzle inclined at an obtuse angle towards an oncoming sheet material which is held to a moving permeable conveyor belt. The sheet material is held to the conveyor belt by at least one suction device desposed on the opposite side of the conveyor belt as the sheet material passes adjacent the jet of air. A second conveyor belt holds the sheet material from its top side by a suction device; and an obtusely projected jet of air blasts dust from the bottom side of the sheet material.
