    Abstract: A method and a device for reception and transmission are provided, wherein a method performed by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication network is provided. The method includes determining a frequency domain resource related to a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission based on indication information, and determining a power of the PUSCH transmission for transmitting PUSCH based on the frequency domain resource related to the PUSCH transmission, wherein the frequency domain resource related to the PUSCH transmission includes a frequency domain resource allocated to the PUSCH or a frequency domain resource available for the PUSCH transmission among the frequency domain resource allocated to the PUSCH.
