Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling (e.g., from a network entity) indicating a CLI measurement resource and an associated transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state. The UE may generate and transmit a CLI report to the network entity using the CLI measurement resource and the beam associated with the indicated TCI state. In some cases, the control signaling may indicate to use the same TCI state as another dedicated downlink channel configured for the UE. In some cases, the control signaling may indicate a unified TCI state to apply for the CLI measurement. In some cases, a UE may be configured to communicate with multiple transmission and reception points (TRPs). The TCI state to apply to the CLI measurement may be based on the TRP scheduling the CLI measurement.

Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to beam sweep based semi-persistent signaling (SPS) or configured grant (CG) activation. In one aspect, a network entity may determine a beam sweep pattern for at least one of a SPS based downlink periodic transmission, an uplink control transmission for the SPS based downlink periodic transmission, or a CG based uplink periodic transmission. The network entity may further transmit an indication including the beam sweep pattern to a user equipment (UE). Abstract: In an aspect, a BS transmits a WUS that includes an indication of selected PCIs of a PCI group to a UE. The UE receives the WAS and monitors one or more configured DRX ON durations associated with the selected PCIs of the PCI group. In another aspect, a BS transmits a signal that includes dormancy status information for a set of selected PCIs to a UE. For each PCI in the set of selected PCIs indicated by the dormancy status information as associated with a dormant state, the UE refrains from PDCCH monitoring on a dormant BWP to which the respective PCI transitions. For each PCI in the set of selected PCIs indicated by the dormancy status information as associated with a non-dormant state, the UE performs PDCCH monitoring on a non-dormant BWP to which the respective PCI transitions.

The network entity may communicate with a user equipment using the selected communication beam and a first set of resources that at least partially overlap in time and frequency with a scheduled communication at the first network entity. The network entity may experience or may cause the measured CLI.
