    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for wireless communications by a user equipment (UE).     Abstract: An apparatus may be configured to receive an indication activating a set of periodic resources in a plurality of CCs for a HARQ codebook, identify information associated with a set of canceled HARQ bits, select at least one CC in the plurality of CCs for transmitting the information associated with a HARQ bit in the set of canceled HARQ bits, and transmit the information associated with the set of canceled HARQ bits to a network node via the at least one CC. The apparatus may be configured to transmit an indication activating a set of periodic resources in a plurality of CCs for a HARQ codebook and receive information associated with a set of canceled HARQ bits from a network node (e.g., a UE) via at least one CC in the plurality of CCs.
