Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, information indicating that demodulation reference signal (DMRS) time domain bundling is enabled. The UE may determine a time domain bundling configuration based at least in part on the information indicating that the DMRS time domain bundling is enabled. Accordingly, in some aspects, the UE may perform channel estimation based at least in part on DMRSs received in different physical downlink control channel monitoring occasions based at least in part on the time domain bundling configuration. An example method includes selecting at least one of a plurality of PUSCHs in which to multiplex one or more UCI bits, one or more of the plurality of PUSCHs being associated with one or more UL grants, the one or more UL grants including one or more UL tDAI values. The example method further includes transmitting, to a network entity, the one or more UCI bits that are multiplexed with the at least one of the plurality of PUSCHs.

Abstract: Aspects relate to wireless communication including the provision of the ability of a user equipment (UE) to indicate the capability of the UE for demodulation reference signal (DMRS) bundling and/or joint channel estimation (JCE). In aspects, the capability indication includes using at least a physical random access channel (PRACH) to indicate the capability of a UE for repeated transmission of the physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) carrying a connection message, and counting of available slots that are used for the repeated transmission of the physical channel. Additionally, the UE may be configured to indicate the capability for JCE through a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) configuration or a DMRS port.
