Abstract:
A method and apparatus for performing a beamforming training for a multiple input multiple output (MIMO) operation in a wireless local area network is provided. The apparatus assigns at least one of a plurality of sector groups with respect to each of a plurality of array antennas. The apparatus determines a sector used for a data transmission during a sector sweep by transmitting a plurality of sector sweep messages in the plurality of sector groups through the plurality of array antennas to responders simultaneously.
Abstract:
A display device and a method for controlling a luminance of the display device are disclosed. The display device includes an average picture level (APL) calculator which calculates an APL of an input image and outputs the APL of the input image and an APL curve data, a luminance adjuster which includes at least two luminance adjusting units enabled in response to a user input through a user interface and reduces a luminance of an APL section equal to or less than a predetermined reference value, a data modulator modulating data of the input image using a luminance defined in the APL curve data, and a display panel driving circuit which writes data from the data modulator on a display panel and reproduces the input image on the display panel.
Abstract:
In a wireless local area network (WLAN) system, a transmitting multi-link device (MLD) may defer the transmission of a PPDU on a first link, even if a back-off counter of a non-primary link reaches zero, as long as a back-off counter of a primary link does not reach zero. When the transmission of the PPDU is deferred, the back-off counter may be kept at zero.
Abstract:
In a wireless local area network system, a reception multi-link device (MLD) may not transmit a CTS frame, even if the reception multi-link device receives an RTS frame via a second link, in the case that an STA operating via a first link is a TXOP responder.
Abstract:
In a wireless local area network system, a shared AP may receive an announcement frame and a data frame from a sharing AP for multi-AP transmission. In the present disclosure, the announcement frame may be transmitted in a broadcasting scheme. The data field of the announcement frame may include an identifier (ID) of the shared AP. The shared AP may receive a data frame from the sharing AP. In the present disclosure, a receiver address (RA) field of the data frame may include an address of the sharing AP. The shared AP may decode the data frame based on the address of the sharing AP included in the RA field of the data frame.
Abstract:
In a wireless local area network system, a reception multi-link device (MLD) may not transmit a CTS frame, even if the reception multi-link device receives an RTS frame via a second link, in the case that an STA operating via a first link is a TXOP responder. In detail, the reception MLD may include at least one non-simultaneous transmit and receive (NSTR) link pair. A first STA affiliated with the MLD may determine to respond with the CTS frame to the RTS frame. The first STA does not respond with the CTS frame based on another STA being a transmission opportunity (TXOP) responder on another link.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method performed by a non-access point (AP) station (STA) multi-link device (MLD) of a wireless LAN system, the method comprising the steps of: transmitting, through a first link, a negotiation frame including first maximum number of spatial stream (NSS) information to an AP MLD; and receiving a negotiation response frame from the AP MLD through the first link.
Abstract:
In a wireless local area network system including a plurality of types of access points (APs), a first type AP receives a trigger frame from a second type AP, wherein the trigger frame may include first information related to resource allocation for a first block acknowledgment (BA) frame transmitted by a station (STA) to the first type AP. The first type AP may transmit, to the STA, a physical protocol data unit (PPDU) including data for the STA and the first information. The first type AP may receive, from the STA, the first BA frame on the basis of the first information.
Abstract:
According to various embodiments, a multi-link device (MLD) operating in multiple links including a first link may transmit, through a first station (STA) and to a first AP of an AP multi-link device, a request frame including an information field for requesting at least one element related to a second link. The multi-link device may receive at least one element related to the second link on the basis of the request frame.
Abstract:
The present specification proposes a method for resuming a PHY-level HARQ operation in a wireless local area network (WLAN) system. The method may include transmitting a resume signal including information related to resumption of hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) retransmission. The method may include transmitting a physical protocol data unit (PPDU) after transmitting the resume signal. The PPDU and the resume signal may be transmitted in different transmission opportunities (TXOPs).
