Abstract:
A method and apparatus for performing a membership verification or an access control in a wireless communication system is provided. A mobility management entity (MME) performs the membership verification or the access control of a user equipment (UE), and transmits verified UE membership information to a target HeNB.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for establishing/modifying/releasing data radio bearers (DRBs) in a wireless communication system is provided. A master eNodeB (MeNB) in dual connectivity transmits a request message, which includes information on E-UTRAN radio access bearers (E-RABs) to be set up/modified/released, to a secondary eNB (SeNB) in dual connectivity through an X2 interface;\, and receives a response message, which includes radio resource control (RRC) connection reconfiguration related information based on the E-RABs to be set up/modified/released, as a response to the request message from the SeNB through the X2 interface.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for transmitting aggregated quality of service (QoS) information in a wireless communication system is provided. A first node which controls a first cell configures a combination of aggregated QoS information for each user equipment (UE) which is receiving services from the first cell, and transmitting the combination of aggregated QoS information to a second node which controls a second cell. Upon receiving information combining aggregated QoS information for each UE from a plurality of first nodes, the second node determines whether to switch off a plurality of first cells based on the received information combining aggregated QoS information for each UE.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for determining handover of user equipments (UEs) attached to a mobile relay node (RN), which is moving from a source DeNB to the target DeNB, in a wireless communication system is provided. A target donor eNodeB (DeNB) receives a handover request message, and receives an indication including UE context of the UEs attach to the mobile relay node. The target DeNB determines whether to accept or reject the handover of each UE.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for transmitting an indicator in a wireless communication system is provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, when a source eNodeB (eNB) initiates handover for a user equipment (UE), it informs a target eNB about whether the handover is to avoid in-device coexistence (IDC) interference problems or not. Alternatively, according to another embodiment of the present invention, an eNB, which the UE reestablished, informs an eNB, which radio link failure (RLF) of the UE occurred, about that the cause of UE's RLF was IDC interference.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for transmitting a list of bearers in a wireless communication system is provided. A first eNodeB (eNB) of an energy saving cell configures a list of minimum required evolved-UMTS terrestrial radio access network (E-UTRAN) radio access bearers (E-RABs) or required E-RABs, and transmits the configured list of minimum required E-RABs or a required E-RABs to a second eNB of a compensation cell. Upon receiving the configured list of minimum required E-RABs, the second eNB checks whether the compensation cell is able to provide all E-RABs included in the list of minimum required E-RABs or not. Upon receiving the configured list of required E-RABs, the second eNB checks whether the compensation cell is able to provide E-RABs included in the list of required E-RABs or not.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for handling multiple connectivity in a wireless communication system. A first SN receives, from a master node (MN), a SN addition request message including (1) information informing that a multiple connectivity service for a specific UE is initiated, and (2) information on a suggested number and a maximum number of connections for the specific UE. A first SN determines a number of connections for the multiple connectivity service, based on the information on the suggested number and the maximum number. A first SN transmits, to the MN, an SN addition Request Acknowledge message including the determined number of connections.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for sidelink resource handling for central unit (CU)-distributed unit (DU) split based vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication is provided. A gNB central unit (gNB-CU) in a wireless communication system receives, from a wireless device, information related to a radio access technology (RAT) for which a sidelink resource is requested. The gNB-CU transmits, to a gNB distributed unit (gNB-DU), the information related to the RAT for sidelink resource allocation.
Abstract:
The present disclosure a method of performing handover of a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: the UE receiving system information including standalone non-public network (SNPN) ID list information; the UE accessing a first node of a source network based on credentials of a home service provider; and performing handover from the first node accessed by the UE to a second node of a target network.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for supporting E-UTRAN-NR dual connectivity (EN-DC) indicating dual connectivity between Long-Term Evolution (LTE), that is, Evolved UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN), and New Radio (NR) Access Technology (NR) in a wireless communication system. A first radio access network (RAN) node transmits an X2 configuration request message, including a first indication indicating that the first RAN node supports EN-DC, to a second RAN node, and receives an X2 configuration response message, including a second indication indicating that the second RAN node supports the EN-DC, from the second RAN node.
