Abstract: Example information configuration methods, apparatus, and systems are described. One example method includes generating first configuration information by a network device. The network device sends the first configuration information to the terminal device by using layer one or layer two signaling. The embodiments of the present invention provide a measurement information configuration solution when a narrow beam technology is used in a high-frequency band.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a method for transmitting a downlink control signal, and an apparatus. The method includes: sending, by a base station, one or more radio frames, where the one or more radio frames include a plurality of OFDM symbols that carry synchronization signals, each OFDM symbol that carries a synchronization signal is sent by using one or more downlink beams of the base station, and the OFDM symbol that carries the synchronization signal further carries a downlink control signal. The downlink control signal is placed in the OFDM symbol that carries the synchronization signal.
