    Abstract: The present application provides a method, a base station controller, and a user equipment. The method includes: determining, by a base station controller of a user equipment, a first access point set, and sending information about the first access point set to the user equipment; and determining, by the user equipment according to the first access point set, an access point for accessing a wireless local area network. In embodiments of the present application, when a user equipment needs to access a wireless local area network through an access point to access the Internet, a base station controller may notify the user equipment of an available access point. In this way, the user equipment can access the wireless local area network directly through the available access point and does not need to request a password from an operator and enter the password during access.

    Abstract: A terminal receives configuration information from a first access network device. The configuration information includes a paging area information that indicates a paging area for the terminal in a first mode. In the first mode, the terminal sends a first message to a second access network device when the terminal is in a cell that does not belong to the paging area. The first message includes a paging area update indication. The terminal then receives a connection establishment indication from the second access network device, and establishes a connection between the terminal and the second access network device. The terminal sends a second message to a core network device using the established connection between the terminal and the second access network device, the core network device releases a connection between the first access network device and the core network device established for the terminal in response to the second message.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a paging method, apparatus, and system, so as to implement paging of UE in an area with relatively poor signal coverage.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a discontinuous reception (DRX) implementation method, a DRX configuration method, and a related device.     Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and device for maintaining service continuity. The method for maintaining service continuity includes: receiving, by a base station, a first notification, which is sent by an MCE, for stopping scheduling of an MBMS service; and notifying, by the base station, user equipment of MBMS service scheduling stop information, and continuing to schedule the MBMS service. In this way, a service interruption time that is caused when UE receives a service after an MCE stops scheduling of the service can be effectively reduced.
