A first organic layer covering the first electrodes is formed on the lower substrate. A preliminary pixel defining layer is formed on the first organic layer. The preliminary pixel defining layer includes a photosensitive material, and is selectively exposed to light so that the preliminary pixel defining layer and a portion of the first organic layer beneath the preliminary pixel defining layer are transformed into a pixel defining layer and a first organic layer pattern, respectively. An emitting layer is formed on the first organic layer exposed by the pixel defining layer. A second organic layer is formed on the emitting layer. A harbor lighting control apparatus is provided, which includes a plurality of slaves to perform on control or off control, and dimming control with respect to a light emitting diode (LED) array light source mounted to a lighthouse when an on control signal or off control signal, and a dimming control signal are received, and to transmit a result of the control as acknowledge signals, and a master to transmit the on control signal or off control signal and the dimming control signal to all of the plurality of slaves by a broadcast scheme, to transmit the on control signal or off control signal and the dimming control signal to an individual slave by a unicast scheme, and to recognize operational states of the plurality of slaves by receiving the acknowledge signals from the plurality of slaves. Accordingly, stable and reliably control of the harbor lighting is enabled.

The invention relates to a data transfer method in a multi-hop relay system. The data transfer method comprises: a step for allowing a base station to receive from a first terminal the channel information (Hd,1) between the base station and the first mobile station, a step for making the base station generate an interference cancellation precoding matrix using Hd,1, a step for forcing the base station to transfer first data to a relay station, and a step for making the relay station transfer the first data to the first mobile station and forcing the base station to transfer second data to a second mobile station, wherein the second data is converted using the interference cancellation precoding matrix. According to the disclosed data transfer method in the multi-hope relay system, the base station transfers data to another mobile station efficiently when the relay station transfers data to a mobile station. Therefore, the data transfer method is able to efficiently use the resources wasted in an existing data transfer method and improve the total data transmission rate of the base station.

The present invention relates to a method for changing a preamble in a moving network system, and a system for same. The method comprises the steps of: enabling a base station to select a relay, to change a preamble thereof from at least two relays using a first preamble; enabling the selected relay to alternately transmit a signal using the first preamble and a signal using a second preamble to at least one terminal controlled by the selected relay; enabling the selected relay to judge whether the preamble of said at least one terminal is completely changed; and enabling the selected relay to transmit only the signal using the second preamble to said at least one terminal if the preamble is completely changed. The method for changing a preamble in a moving network system and the system for same according to the present invention minimizes communication cutoff time under the condition in which a mobile relay should change a preamble, to thereby effectively provide all terminals with information without a loss, and improve the utilization of a moving network.
