An adjustment screw adjusts a position of the furniture hinge relative to the furniture carcass and/or the movable furniture part, and the adjustment screw is actuable by a screwdriver introduced into a recess. A spring device can move the furniture hinge from a predetermined angular position into a fully closed position and/or a fully open position. A control curve interacts with the spring device from the predetermined angular position into the fully closed position and/or the fully open position, and an intermediate portion allows the spring device to interact with the control curve. The intermediate portion has an opening flush with the recess of the hinge lever, so that the screwdriver can be introduced through the recess and through the opening of the intermediate portion.

The scissor hinge is composed of two scissor arms that are hingeable with respect to one another in such a way that the concealed hinge can be folded up. The main arm and the scissor arms extend above one another and parallel to one another in a horizontal direction. In the folded-up situation of the concealed hinge, when viewed vertically the main arm, with a section at the second end, is located above at least one of the scissor arms of the scissor hinge.

摘要： A flush mounted hinge assembly for use in applications where the hinges are to be fully concealed and where the doors abut one another or an adjacent structural member, includes a cabinet mounted bracket, a door mounted bracket, and a housing pivotally mounted to the cabinet bracket. The movement of the door accomplished in two stages, with initial pivoting being handled by a parallelgram-type linkage interconnecting the housing with the door mounted bracket, and permitting initial outward movement of the door to clear the adjacent door or abutting cabinet structure. Subsequently, as the door opens wider, a control member attached to the parallelogram linkage permits relative movement of the housing and the cabinet mounted bracket member, to permit full pivoting of the housing relative to the cabinet bracket, under control of a cam and cam follower linkage associated with the parallelogram mounting, following initial restraint of the housing against pivoting while the door is at a relatively small angle relative to the cabinet. To permit final movement of the door at angles between 90 degrees and 180 degrees, the pivot point of at least one of the parallelogram members may be permitted to shift, while the entire door continues to rotate to an additional angular orientation. The pivot point is arranged so that at limited angles is restrained from any lateral shifting, whereas beyond a certain angular orientation, the pivot point may shift laterally.

A pair of arms pivotally connect the door to the frame, with the inner end of one of the arms being mounted on pin means having an axis about which the door rotates. Through the provision of various embodiments of connecting means and guide means, the pin means connecting the inner arm to the body travels in an arcuate, outward path when the door is opened, thereby moving the plane of the entire door outwardly to permit the room necessary to accommodate essentially full opening of the door. The pin means, during its arcuate movement, is guided by various forms of guide means to precisely define the arcuate path of travel.
