    Abstract: The present application sets forth an array substrate and a display terminal. The array substrate includes an underlay, a light shielding layer disposed on the underlay, an active layer disposed on the light shielding layer, and a connection element disposed on the active layer. The light shielding layer includes light shielding portions spaced from one another. The active layer includes active portions spaced from one another. The active portions correspond to the light shielding portions. Furthermore, adjacent two active portions are electrically connected through a bridge element. A toughness of the bridge element is greater than a toughness of the active portion.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a gate driver on array (GOA) circuit and a display panel. The GOA circuit includes multi-level cascaded GOA units. Each of the GOA units includes a pull-up control module, a pull-up module, a pull-down module, a pull-down maintenance module and a bootstrap capacitor. By sharing part of the circuit, each of the GOA units can realize multi-level scanning signal outputting, which simplifies the structure of the GOA circuit and further realizes a narrow frame design of display panels.

    Abstract: A gate driver on array (GOA) circuit and a display panel are provided. The GOA circuit provides a pull-up maintaining module including transistors T11, T12, and T13. In a pre-charge sub-phase t1 and an output sub-phase t2, a node Qb is at a high level to pull down a node P and turn off the transistor T13. A node K changes to the high level under control of the transistor T11. The transistor T12 is turned on, and the node Qb is keeping at the high level. A node Qa is keeping at the high level in the pre-charge sub-phase, and keeping at a bootstrap electrical level in the output sub-phase.

    Abstract: A display device is provided. The display device includes a display panel and a plurality of driving chips. A detection circuit of each of the driving chips includes a plurality of sub-detection circuits. Each of the sub-detection circuits is correspondingly coupled to one data line through a control switch corresponding to each of the sub-detection circuits. The display panel further has a plurality of detection pads. A plurality of detection signals received by the detection pads are transmitted to the data lines through the sub-detection circuits. A portion of the data lines correspondingly coupled to each of the driving chips is grouped into a data line group. Resistance of the sub-detection circuits correspondingly coupled to the portion of the data lines in the data line group is caused to continuously gradually vary.

    Abstract: A display pane, a gate driving method and a display device are provided. The display panel comprises a pixel driving circuit in a display area and a gate driving circuit in a non-display area. The gate driving circuit is electrically connected to a first voltage end and a second voltage end. The first voltage end is configured to turn off a driving transistor of the pixel driving circuit electrically connected to an output end of the gate driving circuit. The second voltage end is configured to turn off an output transistor of the gate driving circuit to suppress the gate voltage shift of the driving transistor in the pixel driving circuit such that the reliability of the driving transistor and the fault tolerance of the display panel could be raised.

    Abstract: A display device is provided. The display device includes a display panel and a plurality of driving chips.
