Abstract: An electronic device and method are disclosed. The electronic device includes a memory and processor, which implements the method, including: obtaining image data for an image, set in the image a region of interest and a background region, using depth information, both including one or more sub-regions, determining respective bokeh characteristics for the one or more first sub-regions and the one or more second sub-regions based on a first characteristic criterion and a second characteristic criterion, respectively, and processing the image to apply a bokeh effect to the plurality of pixels based on the respective bokeh characteristics for the one or more first sub-regions and the one or more second sub-regions.

Abstract: Various embodiments disclose a method and apparatus for image correction. The apparatus includes at least one camera, a memory, and a processor. The processor is configured to obtain at least one image corresponding external objects using the at least one camera, identify depth information on the external objects using the at least one image, identify a first region, corresponding to a first external object having a first depth level related to the depth information, and a second region, corresponding to a second external object having a second depth level different from the first depth level. The processor is further configured to generate a first noise pattern by detecting noise included in the first region, perform bokeh processing on at least part of the second region, and generate a corrected image in which the first noise pattern has been at least incorporated into at least part of the bokeh-processed second region.

Abstract: An electronic apparatus and a method thereof are provided. The electronic apparatus includes a first camera including a first angle of view, a second camera including a second angle of view, a display, an input device for obtaining a set ratio, and a processor. If the ratio is within a specified range, the processor sets the first camera to a specified first frame rate, and the second camera to a second frame rate slower than the first frame rate, and displays a first image, which is obtained at the first frame rate using the first camera. If the ratio is within other specified range, the processor sets the second camera to a specified third frame rate, the first camera to a fourth frame rate slower than the third frame rate, and displays a second image, which is obtained at the third frame rate using the second camera.
