    Abstract: A display device includes a pixel and a sensing channel connected to the pixel through a sensing line. The pixel includes: a first transistor including a gate electrode connected to a first node, a first electrode connected to a first power line, and a second electrode connected to a second node; a second transistor including a gate electrode connected to a first scan line, a first electrode connected to a data line, and a second electrode connected to the first node; a third transistor including a gate electrode connected to a second scan line, a first electrode connected to the second node, and a second electrode connected to a third node; and a fourth transistor including a first electrode connected to the first power line and a second electrode connected to the third node. The sensing line is connected to the third node.

    Abstract: A display device having a backlight which includes a first quantity of light source blocks that are individually driven at separate duty ratios. The display device includes pixels having a second quantity that is greater than the first quantity. The pixels are configured to determine a light transmission factor for light emitted from the light source blocks. A grayscale compensation unit is configured to calculate color shift amounts of the pixels based on the duty ratios of the light source blocks and compensate input grayscale values for the pixels based on the color shift amounts to correct color shift.

    Abstract: Provided is a display device comprising pixel circuits included in the display area, the pixel circuits including light emitting elements with grayscales corresponding to data input from the outside, a dummy pixel circuit included in the non-display area, the dummy pixel circuit including a dummy light emitting element and a dummy driving transistor, a sensing unit for inputting to the dummy pixel circuit, a test data signal for sensing an output signal corresponding to predetermined test data for each predetermined time, and then performing an operation of generating compensation information for compensating for degradation according to a driving time of at least one of the light emitting element and the driving transistor based on the output signal output from the dummy pixel circuit, and a timing controller for accumulating and storing the compensation information, and generating compensated data by compensating for the data input from the outside.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a display panel, a driving controller and a data driver. The driving controller processes input image data according to a variable input frequency and generates a data signal having a varied frame length. The data driver converts the data signal into a data voltage and outputs the data voltage to the display panel. The driving controller determines a variable frequency mode and generates an asymmetric data signal including a positive data signal and a negative data signal which are asymmetric with respect to a common voltage for a same grayscale value in the variable frequency mode.
