Abstract: A display device includes a lower substrate, a planarization layer, a first light emission structure, and a second light emission structure. The lower substrate includes a first region and a second region. The planarization layer is disposed on the lower substrate, and has a first thickness in the first region and a second thickness, which is less than the first thickness, in the second region. The first light emission structure is provided in the first region and arranged on the planarization layer, and emits a first color of light. The second light emission structure is provided in the second region and arranged on the planarization layer, and emits the first color of light.

Abstract: A display device includes a substrate, a light emitting diode disposed on the substrate and that emits light that has a preset color, a capping layer disposed on the light emitting diode and that has a thickness of about 540 angstroms to about 640 angstroms, and a thin film encapsulation layer disposed on the capping layer. As the capping layer has a predetermined thickness, a reflectance of external light is reduced, a color bleeding phenomenon is reduced, and the luminous efficiency of the light emitting diode is increased.
