Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode including a substrate; a first electrode on the substrate; a second electrode disposed opposite to the first electrode; an emission layer disposed between the first electrode and second electrode; and a first interlayer, a first hole transport layer, a second interlayer and a second hole transport layer disposed between the first electrode and the emission layer, wherein the first interlayer, the first hole transport layer, the second interlayer, and the second hole transport layer are stacked from the first electrode in order, and wherein the first interlayer and the second interlayer each independently include an n-type semiconductor material.
