Abstract: Provided are a display panel and a display apparatus, wherein the display panel and the display apparatus include a substrate, a display layer including a display element, a dam portion including a plurality of dams arranged, a groove spaced apart from the dam portion, and an input sensing layer disposed on the display layer, and an alignment mark including a plurality of stacked alignment mark layers, detectable to an outside device and arranged between the dam portion and the groove, wherein the plurality of alignment mark layers are in direct contact with each other, and at least one of the plurality of alignment mark layers includes the same material as at least one of a plurality of conductive layers in at least one of the display layer and the input sensing layer.
