Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a pixel-defining film in which a plurality of pixel openings is defined, and a light-emitting layer disposed in each of the plurality of pixel openings, an optical layer disposed on the display panel and including at least one of a dye or a pigment, and a scattering layer disposed on the optical layer. Since the scattering layer includes a polymer resin and a plurality of droplets dispersed in the polymer resin, and the plurality of droplets each includes a plurality of liquid crystal molecules and a reactive mesogen for fixing the plurality of liquid crystal molecules.
