Abstract: A display apparatus in which a display area is expanded so that an image may be displayed even in an area where components are arranged is provided. The display apparatus includes a substrate including a first area in which a transmissive portion is located and a second area adjacent to the first area, a pixel circuit unit arranged in the first area and including a pixel circuit, a first pixel electrode arranged in the first area and electrically connected to the pixel circuit, the first pixel electrode having a first portion overlapping the pixel circuit unit and a second portion not overlapping the pixel circuit unit, and a metal pattern layer arranged between the substrate and the first pixel electrode and corresponding to the second portion.

Abstract: An organic light emitting display device includes a plurality of pixels. Each of the pixels includes an organic light emitting diode, first to third transistors, a storage capacitor, and a first capacitor. The second transistor includes a gate electrode receiving a first scan signal, a first electrode receiving a data signal, and a second electrode connected to a first electrode of the first transistor. The third transistor includes a gate electrode receiving a second scan signal, a first electrode connected to a second electrode of the first transistor, and a second electrode connected to a gate electrode of the first transistor. The storage capacitor includes a first electrode receiving a power voltage and a second electrode connected to the gate electrode of the first transistor. The first capacitor includes a first electrode connected to the gate electrode of the third transistor and a second electrode receiving the power voltage.

In order to reduce a parasitic capacitance that may occur between a data line and a semiconductor layer and a crosstalk caused by the parasitic capacitance, a display panel includes a substrate, a driving thin film transistor on the substrate, including a driving semiconductor layer and a driving gate electrode, a compensation thin film transistor on the substrate, including a compensation semiconductor layer and a compensation gate electrode, a node connection line electrically connecting the driving thin film transistor to the compensation thin film transistor, a scan line extending in a first direction on the substrate, and a gate connection line electrically connected to the scan line, which includes the compensation gate electrode, wherein the compensation semiconductor layer is closer to the driving semiconductor layer than the scan line when viewed on a plane.

Abstract: A display device includes a pixel circuit including a first pixel and a second pixel. The first pixel arranged in a first row and the second pixel arranged in a second row are commonly connected to one scan line, the number of the scan lines required by the display device may be reduced to half. An active period of the first selection signal does not overlap an active period of the second selection signal. A scan on time of the scan signal overlaps one of the active period of the first selection signal and the active period of the second selection signal.
