Abstract: A good display image is obtained by superimposing, on a real space image, a virtual space image suitable for the real space image. An image generating section generates, in reference to CG (Computer Graphics) data, a virtual space image corresponding to an imaging range of an imaging section on a real space. For example, a virtual imaging section is installed on a virtual space in a manner corresponding to the imaging section on the real space, and a CG object on the virtual space is imaged to generate a virtual space image. An image superimposing section superimposes the virtual space image on a real space image obtained by the imaging section imaging an object on the real space, to obtain a display image.

Abstract: A configuration is achieved in which display data selected on the basis of characteristic information acquired while a vehicle is traveling is displayed on a display unit inside the vehicle. The configuration has a data processing unit that executes display control of data output to the display unit provided inside a mobile device. The data processing unit acquires characteristic information while the mobile device is traveling, and decides, on the basis of the acquired characteristic information, display data to be output to the display unit. The data processing unit selects display data recorded corresponding to the acquired characteristic information from a characteristic-information corresponding display data storage database, generates an AR image obtained by superimposing the selected display data on a real object image that is an image captured by a camera mounted on the mobile device, and outputs the AR image to the display unit.

Abstract: An information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present technology includes a plan creation section. The plan creation section creates a plan of movement of a mobile object to a destination of the mobile object in association with advertisement effectiveness on the basis of the destination and a desired time of arrival at the destination, the advertisement effectiveness being provided by advertisement content played back outward from the mobile object. This makes it possible to create the movement plan enabling the advertisement vehicle to arrive at the destination by the desired arrival time, and achieving a highest degree of the advertisement effectiveness. This results in being able to achieve a high degree of advertisement effectiveness in advertisement using the mobile object.
