Abstract: A manipulator and a method for controlling the manipulator are disclosed. The manipulator includes: a plurality of links respectively corresponding to a user’s upper arm, fore arm, and hand, a plurality of motors rotating the plurality of links, a communication interface comprising communication circuitry, a memory storing at least one instruction, and a processor configured to execute the at least one instruction, wherein the processor is configured to: based on first rotation angle information for motors corresponding to the upper arm and the fore arm among the plurality of motors, obtain information for a body frame of a link corresponding to the fore arm, obtain equilibrium angle information that positions the body frame in equilibrium with a specified reference frame, based on receiving a sensing value indicating the posture of the hand from an external sensor through the communication interface, obtain second rotation angle information for motors corresponding to the hand among the plurality of motors based on the sensing value and the equilibrium angle information, and control the motors corresponding to the hand based on the second rotation angle information.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a tag and a method, performed by the tag, of transmitting a response signal to a tag search signal. Specifically, the disclosed method of transmitting a response signal includes operations of receiving, from at least one of a plurality of slave nodes, the tag search signal including identification data for identifying the tag, charging an energy storage element in the tag by using the received tag search signal, obtaining the identification data for identifying the tag from the received tag search signal, determining whether the obtained identification data matches identification information previously stored in the tag, and outputting a response signal to the tag search signal when the energy storage element is charged greater than a predetermined value and the obtained identification data matches the identification information previously stored in the tag.

Abstract: An electronic device is disclosed. According to an embodiment disclosed herein, an electronic device may include a PPG sensor including a light emitter that applies a current in a specified range and emits a light signal corresponding to the current and a light detector that amplifies a received light signal by applying one of a plurality of gain values, a memory that stores a plurality of sets of PPG models corresponding to the plurality of gain values and including a current value and PPG level data corresponding to the current value, and at least one processor electrically connected to the PPG sensor and the memory, wherein the at least one processor may acquire a first PPG signal from the PPG sensor set with a first current value satisfying the specified range and a first gain value of the plurality of gain values when a user's contact is detected by the PPG sensor, generate a first PPG model corresponding to the user based on a first PPG model set corresponding to the first gain value among the plurality of sets of PPG models, the first current value and the first PPG signal, determine a second gain value and a second current value for acquiring a PPG signal with a specified PPG level, based at least on the first PPG model set, and acquire a second PPG signal with the specified PPG level using the PPG sensor set with the second gain value and the second current value. In addition, various embodiments understood from the specification are possible.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a housing, a touchscreen display viewable through a first part of the housing, a photoplethysmogram (PPG) sensor exposed through a second part of the housing, a processor disposed in the housing and operatively connected to the touchscreen display and the PPG sensor, and a memory disposed in the housing and operatively connected to the processor, wherein the memory stores instructions that, when executed, are configured to cause the processor to receive first data from the PPG sensor, generate second data by band-pass filtering the first data, generate oxygen saturation data based on at least some of the second data, select a first portion related to a first period of time from the second data, and display, on the touchscreen display, a graphical user interface including information related to the oxygen saturation data except for data corresponding to the first portion from the graphical user interface.
