Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. One method of informing the UE of priorities associated with cells that support a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) service may include the UE receiving a priority indicator from the base station. The priority indicator may inform the UE of priorities associated with one or more cells that support the V2X service. The priority indicator may be received in a radio resource control (RRC) connection release message. The UE may use the priority indicator to determine which cells of the set of cells support the V2X service. Accordingly, the UE may perform a cell reselection procedure based at least in part on the priority indicator, the measured parameters, or both. By informing the UE of priorities associated with cells that support the V2X service, the V2X service may have greater continuity at the UE, thereby increasing the performance and quality of the V2X service.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may receive a first connected mode discontinuous reception (CDRX) configuration from a first cell associated with a first radio access technology (RAT), the first CDRX configuration includes a first indication of a first on occasion. The UE may receive a second CDRX configuration from a second cell associated with a second RAT, the second CDRX configuration includes a second indication of a second on occasion. The UE may determine that the first on occasion and the second on occasion are separated by a threshold. The UE may transmit, based at least in part on the determination that the first on occasion and the second on occasion are separated by the threshold, a CDRX reconfiguration request message.

Abstract: Aspects are provided allowing a MSIM UE to transmit a controlled pattern of fake HARQ-ACK and a controlled RLC status report in response to un-decoded data transmissions from a base station, while suspending SRS antenna switching during performance of an activity in a different network subscription, in order to relieve MCS penalties in response to such suspension while minimizing RLC holes. The UE sends a plurality of SRSs to a base station in a first network using a first SIM of the UE, where each of the SRSs is sent using a different antenna. The UE suspends SRS transmission from the different antennas while performing an activity in a second network using a second SIM of the UE. The UE sends a HARQ-ACK to the base station while the SRS transmission is suspended in response to at least one of a plurality of un-decoded data transmissions from the base station.
