Abstract: A video processing apparatus is mounted on a vehicle and stores a video from a camera that captures at least one of outside or inside of the vehicle. The video processing apparatus includes a memory that stores therein a computer program; and a processor that is connected to the memory. The processor performs processing by executing the computer program. The processing includes receiving the video; and storing the video in an external storage medium in a case where a temperature of the video processing apparatus is less than a predetermined threshold, and storing the video in a storage device incorporated in the video processing apparatus in a case where the temperature is equal to or higher than the threshold.
