摘要: An object is to support evaluation of corrosion of metal embedded in the ground such that the corrosion can be evaluated with high accuracy even if any type of soil is used. A coarseness/fineness test unit analyzes soil particles of soil that is used to evaluate corrosion of an embedded metallic material, a water supply unit supplies water to the soil, a soil stirring unit stirs the soil supplied with water, and a viscosity test unit measures fluidity of the stirred soil

摘要: An anchor is buried in the ground near a place where a utility pole is installed. A guy wire is connected to the utility pole. A guy wire rod couples the anchor and the guy wire. An electrode is buried in the ground near a place where the anchor is buried. A power supply supplies an anti-corrosion current with an underground portion of the guy wire rod and the anchor as a cathode and the electrode as an anode. The power supply includes a photovoltaic cell.

摘要: Provided is a deterioration detection device including a battery including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. Furthermore, the deterioration detection device includes a container that covers and houses the battery and is to be embedded in a metal structure being a target of detecting a corrosion thinning state. Furthermore, the deterioration detection device includes a detection unit that detects a current or a voltage output from the battery in an electromotive state and outputs that the metal structure is corroded and thinned.

摘要: A structure includes a base made of a metal such as a steel material, and a reference portion made of a material that is not corroded in a corrosive environment of the metal. The reference portion is embedded in the base such that one end is exposed to form the same plane as a surface of the base. The reference portion is formed in a rod shape extending from the surface of the base toward the inside of the base.

摘要: A first estimation function unit estimates, on the basis of a particle diameter of soil of a target land, a relationship between an underground depth of the land and an oxygen concentration in soil. A second estimation function unit estimates, on the basis of a corrosion rate or a corrosion amount of a target metal near a ground surface of the land and the relationship estimated by the first estimation function unit, a relationship between the underground depth and the corrosion rate or the corrosion amount in the land from a relationship between the oxygen concentration and the corrosion rate or the corrosion amount. A third estimation function unit estimates a corrosion state of a structure constituted of the metal buried in target ground in the land from the relationship estimated by the second estimation function unit.

摘要: A coating material is a coating material used for applying a coating film formed on a coating made of a zinc-containing material formed in contact with a surface of a metal material and is composed of a binder, a first inorganic material, and a second inorganic material. The binder is composed of an organic resin and does not contain metallic zinc and a zinc alloy. The first inorganic material is composed of a sulfate having a solubility lower than 5 g/100 mL with respect to water. The second inorganic material is soluble in water, exhibits alkalinity if dissolved in water, and has a solubility lower than 5 g/100 mL with respect to water.
