Abstract: The invention provides a method and related network circuit for improving latency of a wireless network (e.g., a Wi-Fi network). The method may be executed by a device (e.g., a Wi-Fi station) of the wireless network, and may comprise: configuring a duration threshold according to a latency requirement, and, when transmitting a physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU) over the wireless network, causing the PPDU not to be longer than the duration threshold. In an embodiment, the latency requirement may be obtained by handshaking with one or more other devices of the wireless network.

Abstract: A power optimization method for uplink data transmission is provided. The power optimization method is applied to user equipment (UE). The power optimization method includes the following steps. The UE determines the current application scenario of the UE. The UE determines the data transmission window corresponding to the current application scenario. Data transmission windows corresponding to different application scenarios of the UE have at least one of different period to transmit data and different period to enter suspension. The UE may transmit data based on the determined data transmission window.

Abstract: A handheld device and a frequency tracking method thereof are provided. The handheld device comprises an oscillator, a radio frequency (RF) chip, a modem module, a first thermal sensor and a thermal module. The oscillator generates an oscillation signal with an oscillation frequency. The RF chip is electrically connected to the oscillator and configured to receive a paging signal from a paging channel and an RF signal from a non-regular channel based on the oscillation signal. The modem module is electrically connected to the RF chip. The first thermal sensor disposed close to the oscillator measures a heat source temperature. The thermal module electrically connected to the modem module and the first thermal sensor enables the modem module to execute a frequency compensation process by using the RF signal of both the paging signal and the RF signal according to the heat source temperature.
