Abstract:
A scroll compressor includes a plurality of fixing protrusions that are provided spaced apart from each other in a key that constitutes an Oldham ring, and an orbiting scroll, to which the key is coupled, or a ring body of the Oldham ring may be provided with a plurality of fixing grooves which are spaced part from each other and into which the plurality of fixing protrusions are respectively inserted and fixed.
Abstract:
A hermetic compressor according to the present disclosure may include an oil guide disposed on a rotating shaft between a driving motor and a main frame, the oil guide may include an oil block surrounding a main bearing surface between the main frame and the rotating shaft, and one end of the oil block may radially overlap a shaft support protrusion of the main frame. This can suppress oil returned after lubricating a compression unit from being scattered, thereby reducing a leakage of the oil to outside of a casing through a refrigerant discharge pipe.
Abstract:
A scroll compressor is provided which is configured such that an arcuate section may be formed from a suction end of a wrap to a first point to increase a suction volume, and a logarithmic spiral section in which a wrap thickness increases may be formed from a second point to a discharge end of the wrap. This may increase a volume ratio of the compressor so as to increase a capacity of the compressor and prevent damage to the wrap due to a high compression ratio operation, thereby enhancing reliability of the compressor.
Abstract:
A scroll compressor is provided in which a boss of an orbiting scroll is inserted into and coupled to a boss coupling recess of a crank shaft, so that friction loss of a bearing portion of the crank shaft may be reduced, compression efficiency and reliability of the compressor may be enhanced, and noise and material costs may be reduced. A bush bearing may be formed as a coating on the boss of the orbiting scroll, so that a thickness of the bearing portion of the crank shaft may be reduced. Since an outer circumferential surface of the bearing portion is in contact with an inner circumferential surface of the boss coupling recess, damage to the bearing portion may be prevented.
Abstract:
A scroll compressor includes a casing, a main frame, a rotating shaft, an orbiting scroll, a fixed scroll configured to engage the orbiting scroll to form a compression chamber, and an Oldham ring slidably coupled to the orbiting scroll to prevent rotation of the orbiting scroll. The Oldham ring includes: a ring body provided between the main frame and the orbiting scroll to be supported in an axial direction of the rotating shaft, and a key portion extending in the axial direction from the ring body and slidably inserted into a key accommodating portion provided in the orbiting scroll, the main frame, or the fixed scroll. The ring body or the key portion includes an oil supply passage for guiding oil accumulated in a member on which the ring body is supported to between the key portion and the key accommodating portion.
Abstract:
A fluid compressor includes a case, a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll, a motor, and at least one anti-rotation unit. The case is configured to form an external appearance thereof. The fixed scroll is fixed in the case. The orbiting scroll is engaged with the fixed scroll at one side of the fixed scroll, and performs partitioning of a compression chamber. The motor provides the orbiting scroll with drive power. The anti-rotation unit is coupled to a side surface of the orbiting scroll so as to prevent rotation of the orbiting scroll.
Abstract:
Provided is a turbo compressor. The turbo compressor includes a driving shaft, a first impeller, a second impeller, a first shroud, a second shroud, a first-stage outflow passage, and a second-stage outflow passage. Also, the turbo compressor includes a gap adjustment passage that is branched from at least one of the first-stage outflow passage or the second-stage outflow passage to extend to the first shroud.
Abstract:
A bush bearing having an outer lubricating layer, a manufacturing method therefor and a scroll compressor having same applied thereto, according to the present disclosure, includes a bush bearing comprising: a base member which has a cylindrical shape having no separated surfaces along the circumferential direction; and a lubricating member which is formed from a material having a lower rigidity and more excellent lubricity than the base member, and has a cylindrical shape having no separated surfaces along the circumferential direction by being integrally provided to the outer circumferential surface of the base member, wherein the cylindricity of the outer circumferential surface of the lubricating member satisfies a value that is within 0.6% of the average thickness of the lubricating member, and the lubricating member has carbon fiber contained in a resin base, wherein the carbon fiber has cut surfaces exposed on both ends of the lubricating member.
Abstract:
A compressor according to the present disclosure may include a container; a drive motor provided in the container; a crankshaft coupled to a rotor of the drive motor; a first scroll coupled to the crankshaft to receive a rotational force of the drive motor to perform an orbiting movement; a second scroll coupled to the first scroll to form a first compression unit and a second compression unit along with the first scroll; and a vane provided in the first scroll or second scroll to be brought into contact with the other side scroll to form the second compression unit, wherein the first compression unit is carried out in a scroll compression mode and the second compression unit is carried out in a rotary compression mode.
Abstract:
An oil level detecting device for a compressor and an air conditioning system having the same are provided. The oil level detecting device may be provided in a compressor including a compression device that introduces and compresses a working fluid, a driving device mechanically connected to the compression device that operates the compression device, and a case that accommodates the compression device and the driving device thereinside and having an oil storage space that stores oil at a lower portion thereof. The oil level detecting device may include a detector including a supporting portion configured to be attached to the case and a detecting portion that protrudes inside the case. At least one property of the detecting portion may vary according to an oil level inside the case. The oil level detecting device may also include a signal processor including an electronic element having at least one reference property. The signal processor may compare the at least one property of the detecting portion with the at least one reference property of the electronic element and outputs a control signal according to the result.
