    Abstract: The present invention relates to an ion generator. The ion generator according to the present invention comprises: a circuit board through which a high voltage flows; a high-voltage electrode to which a high voltage is applied through contact with the circuit; a ground electrode grounded through contact with the circuit and spaced apart from the high-voltage electrode; and a holder kit in which a first insertion groove, into which the high-voltage electrode is inserted, and a second insertion groove, which is spaced apart from the first insertion groove and into which the ground electrode is inserted, are formed in the vertical direction, and thus a stable uniform electric field can be continuously formed through the integration of the high-voltage electrode and the ground electrode by using the holder kit, so that the lifespan of an electrode can be improved and the occurrence of discharge noise can be suppressed.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a sterilization device. The sterilization device, according to the present invention, comprises: a frame having a first surface into which air flows, and a second surface from which air flows out; one or more discharge electrodes disposed in the frame; and a plurality of ground electrodes alternately arranged with the discharge electrodes. The discharge electrodes each comprise: a framework extending in the direction parallel to the ground electrodes; a first discharge needle protruding toward the first surface from the framework; and a second discharge needle protruding toward the second surface from the framework. The discharge electrodes are inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to an arbitrary axis of rotation parallel to the direction in which the ground electrodes extend, such that a discharge treatment region is formed perpendicularly to a flow direction by means of the alternate arrangement of the discharge electrodes and the ground electrodes parallel to the flow direction. Accordingly, it is possible to sterilize all air passing through the sterilization device, and it is possible to design a compact sterilization device having a wide discharge treatment region within the frame.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a plasma sterilization module, comprising: a housing which is disposed on a flow path through which air flows, and having a first surface through which the air is introduced and a second surface, opposite to the first surface, through which the introduced air is discharged; a discharge electrode disposed in the housing; and a ground electrode disposed in the housing and spaced apart from the discharge electrode, wherein the discharge electrode is applied with a high voltage to generate a plasma discharge toward the ground electrode between the first surface and the second surface, and the discharge electrode and the ground electrode are disposed so as to allow air introduced into the first surface to directly pass through an area wherein the plasma discharge occurs, and be discharged to the second surface, thereby sterilizing microbes in the air.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a dust measurement device and method which can increase the accuracy of dust measurement by deriving a mass concentration on the basis of a number concentration distribution according to particle sizes. The dust measurement device of the present invention comprises: a charging unit for charging a feed material with electrical charges; a first dust collecting unit including a first and a second dust collecting electrode which are spaced apart from each other, through which the material passes, and to which different voltages are applied; a second dust collecting unit for collecting the material which has passed through the first dust collecting unit; a current measurement unit for measuring current flowing through the second dust collecting unit; and a control unit for calculating a mass concentration of the material by using the value of the current measured by the current measurement unit and adjusting voltages applied to the charging unit and the first dust collecting unit on the basis of the mass concentration.
