Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for detecting cancer-specific diagnostic markers in a genome and, more specifically, to a method for identifying the relationship between cancer and genomic variations and detecting cancer-specific genomic changes, thereby enabling highly accurate cancer-specific biomarkers to be detected.
